call 3 times a day / never leave a message

several times a day.....no message....very annoying and frustrating...tell me...What good is a 'do not call' registry when they still can get a number and call a billion times?  apparently it has been renamed the - 'you may be on the do not call registry but we have ways of finding landline numbers registry'.   UGH!!!!!
