Mrs. Martin called my daughter at her work. I don't know how she got her information because we have two different names. She wouldn't give any information except that she couldn't reach me and this was the only number they had so she left the name, number and case number for me to call back.

called me on my cell which I never give out, said she was an investigator for law office said she was with abrams and burke civil law suit mentioned IRS and forceful recovery.  the number she called from was 716-692-3452

I was called by the senior attorney R. Silverberg at Abrams and Burke who insisted that I knew someone that I didn't know , that i was associated with her but I have lived alone for 8 years. He threaten me, to send the police to my home so I could show them ID and convience them that I didn't know this other person or that I may have to go to the Police station to prove it. I am on disability and can't get out like other people, he said he knew that. How would he know I am on disability?


I am very angry.

Called my brother in law, (Not sure where he got the number... he refused to give them my number, they said they were filing lawsuit on me and he took the info but they were rude and forceful
