That's a Pitney Bowes collection agent. They've been harassing my mother for my deceased grandfather's debt (on a returned postage machine) -- mind you, he was 91 when he died, and left no estate, but apparently that doesn't matter to them!

Spoke with someone at this number, and it sounded like the company name was "Purchase Power". They were basically following up on non-payment for a postage machine (Pitney Bowes) account.
