Had my Jeep inspected at Tires Plus, it was a call to see how well the service was that I received.

So it's ok to keep calling? It's really annoying to hear my phone ring and stop what I am doing just to see some 800 number wasting my time. So yeah, I do have a problem with that. Especially when they call me at work. Not cool. Would you mind it if I was constantly harping you while you are at work? Unreal.
Chorny 2013-04-19 23:09:36 Unknown
They already called me 3 times today. I'm just seek of it. I wish they let u know that you'll get a survey cal from Firestone. If I new that I would say NOOO
Jim Callete 2013-04-05 15:14:33 Survey
Firestone. I will never buy Firestone tires again.
Gary 2013-03-27 21:41:42 Unknown
At least leave a message and tell me what you are calling about. Give me the option to call back at a legit number if I want to leave feedback
Richard NW 2013-03-25 18:25:16 Unknown
My associate at work asked what this number was. She had acquired a bunch of work(tires, etc) from Firestone for her Dodge. Evidently they were calling about her experience.
Nissanowner 2013-03-21 13:21:54 Unknown
I took my car to Tires Plus for routine tire rotation and balance. They did a great job. I think it's a good thing to call customers to see how our service was. Not to many compaines care anymore. Kudos to them for going the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied!
Walter Pinkman 2013-03-19 14:43:42 Unknown
Thank you for that information, Tom.
I don't mind helping Firestone improve their service. It would be helpful if the Caller ID could reflect something about who is calling. I only got a number. It would also be nice if a message was left. It takes a minute or so to check my voice mail and annoying to find no message.

Third part automated survey asking about recent tire service at Wheel Works. Legitimate call.

It's their new way to do a survey - instead of bribing you with 5$ off on the receipt they do this.
Billy Boy 2013-03-04 14:38:49 Unknown
Wow Martina - with your attitude, you'll soon be walking around hungry, homeless, naked and dirty. Companies call for feedback and to hawk other products. We get it - you don't like that. But, it's not the end of the world!
Next time you have a flat, mix up your own polymer patch material, repair the tire on your back deck and pucker up and blow 32 lbs. of air into that sucker before you slap it back on your car with a manual lug wrench.
C'mon people, you weren't put here for the world's convenience. Get over yourself.

Firestone. A follow up. It's good customer service.
Bryan 2013-02-26 14:07:16 Unknown
Yes, firestone bought Michel tires, they also share information between the two businesses.
brundan 2013-02-19 20:09:46 Unknown
Must be Firestone. I did go there a couple days ago. Maybe I'll answer next time.
David 2 2013-02-19 16:27:21 Unknown
No, once you do business with a company they do not go by the DNC procedure. That's how the law is written.

Send stop calling me
Roman 2013-02-18 15:23:10 Unknown
The No Call List doesn't apply to companies that you already do business with. So at least they aren't breaking the law.
Silly Lady 2013-02-11 22:11:25 Unknown
I had car work done a couple of days ago at Tires Plus.
They have called twice today already.
I did not answer.

The Do Not Call list doesn't apply to companies you've done business with and haven't yet asked not to call.
KW 2013-02-04 22:06:46 Unknown
Had service at a Firestone center two days ago. Today is the first business day since, and I've gotten two calls from this number. Am assuming it's from Firestone.
Sounds like firestone 2013-02-04 21:10:29 Survey
Called me twice today, left no message. I just got service for an oil change two days ago from Firestone, so it would make sense to be Firestone as this is the first time this number has called me. I work midnights and never answer 800 calls. STOP CALLING!
