Was Firestone

Had my Jeep inspected at Tires Plus, it was a call to see how well the service was that I received.

So it's ok to keep calling? It's really annoying to hear my phone ring and stop what I am doing just to see some 800 number wasting my time. So yeah, I do have a problem with that. Especially when they call me at work. Not cool. Would you mind it if I was constantly harping you while you are at work? Unreal.

They already called me 3 times today. I'm just seek of it. I wish they let u know that you'll get a survey cal from Firestone. If I new that I would say NOOO

Firestone. I will never buy Firestone tires again.

At least leave a message and tell me what you are calling about. Give me the option to call back at a legit number if I want to leave feedback

My associate at work asked what this number was. She had acquired a bunch of work(tires, etc) from Firestone for her Dodge. Evidently they were calling about her experience.

I took my car to Tires Plus for routine tire rotation and balance.  They did a great job.  I think it's a good thing to call customers to see how our service was.  Not to many compaines care anymore.  Kudos to them for going the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied!

I don't mind helping Firestone improve their service. It would be helpful if the Caller ID could reflect something about who is calling. I only got a number.  It would also be nice if a message was left.  It takes a minute or so to check my voice mail and annoying to find no message.

It's their new way to do a survey - instead of bribing you with 5$ off on the receipt they do this.

Wow Martina - with your attitude, you'll soon be walking around hungry, homeless, naked and dirty. Companies call for feedback and to hawk other products. We get it - you don't like that. But, it's not the end of the world!

Next time you have a flat, mix up your own polymer patch material, repair the tire on your back deck and pucker up and blow 32 lbs. of air into that sucker before you slap it back on your car with a manual lug wrench.

No, once you do business with a company they do not go by the DNC procedure. That's how the law is written.

The No Call List doesn't apply to companies that you already do business with.  So at least they aren't breaking the law.

Had service at a Firestone center two days ago. Today is the first business day since, and I've gotten two calls from this number. Am assuming it's from Firestone.

Called me twice today, left no message. I just got service for an oil change two days ago from Firestone, so it would make sense to be Firestone as this is the first time this number has called me. I work midnights and never answer 800 calls. STOP CALLING!

I love Iblacklist for my Iphone so that these calls never even make it to me all they get is a busy signal.

Got repairs done at tires plus. Next day get called for a survey. Harmless, but annoying when they call 5 times a hour
