We get up to three calls a night from these clowns. We always let the machine take it, but they never leave a message. I have answered the calls before, but no one is on the other end (or at least doesn't respond). I have filed a complaint with donotcall.gov.

Keep getting calls from this number, no one will ever talk when I pick up. I have tried to call the number back get telco message saying cannot be completed as dialed?

We had been getting calls from 866-851-2434 for weeks and when I would say hello the phone would eventually go to a dialtone. I tried to call the number back and there would be a message that gives a message that sounds like the phone is not a working number.
This morning at 9:38 am April 2, 2009 the 866-851-2434 number came across my caller ID and the person asked to speak to my wife. I told the person that I was her husband and I asked the person who she was. The person told me her name, and I asked her what organization she was affiliated with and she told me she was calling for the Children with Cancer Organization and my wife had contributed in the past.

I cannot tell you how many calls we've gotten from this # FOR WEEKS NOW and there are days that "they" call FOUR TIMES A DAY!
I have tried EVERYTHING, even filing complaints with everyone I know to file.
After the second day in a row of FOUR TIMES A DAY, I began to think what is with this #? And this is what I would like to ask those of you who are victims of these irritating calls.
How many of us watch "AMERICAN IDOL" and VOTE?
Is there NOT similiarities in the #'s you dial to vote and the # that KEEPS calling us? To vote American Idol, the word "IDOLS" is in the # you dial to vote...is there a message to us who vote, in that number that keeps CALLING US? It is a thought that KEEPS going over in my mind! In this day and time and with computers ANYBODY CAN DO ANYTHING! TOLL FREE NUMBERS ANY ONE CAN GET AND THEY ARE A FICTICIOUS NUMBER.
Just a thought I wanted to share with the ones who are BEING HARRASSED AS WE ARE BEING HARRASSED!
