I keep getting a call from them. When I do pick up, no one replies. What company is this?

I roared with laughter reading your comments. They have been calling me relentlessly and I have never once answered. I changed my VM to the disconnect message and they call more. So I had the blocked by At&t, hopefully this works.

have received 3 calls in 70 minutes.  Two weeks ago I received 8 calls in 24 hours.

This number keeps calling me and won't leave a message. They have called me three times today 22 May 2014 @ 6:10 pm @ 6:54 pm And again @ 7:27 pm. I refuse to answer calls from people or companies I don't know.

I have told them to stop calling and they don't.

I've received a call from this number three times today and multiple times yesterday.  No one is there when I answer and they don't leave a message.

this number has called me 5 times just today!! they've been calling  me for three days now but they never leave a message. if its so important that you call me 5 times why cant you leave a message!!

I don't know who this person is, but I believe he's from India or some foreign country. I get this call everyday on my cell phone.

I had 2 incoming calls yesterday from 866-871-8411 and I missed, I try to call back but it was told me I dial wrong number and to check the area code. Today I got 3 new incoming I pick up said Hello and no answer. The other site was there waiting me to said 1 more time something. This is how they are doing. I open google and check this area code and find out this is not area code-no state and no city under this numbers but free number and there are few codes like this you can't find the location. Read also the review of other people and I find out I am victim of phone terror. I register my phone in American non call site so the info of this troublemaker to go there. Called also At&t and asked them how to block this incoming call. They told me for my iphone 3s I have no this option and have to bye new. Before tell me this the customer service operator asked me for my SSN. I told him no way to give him. Anyway I went to bed and low the volume of my phone. Few min later they called me again.
I pick up and tell him " Hey moth******er stop calling me" Before "stop calling" me he hanged up. When woke up I sow 1 miss call again from him. Few minutes ago he called again. This time I pick up and talked to him. I pretend I agree with everything. He asked me what car I have. I lied I have BMW and he knew my name and my home address. I hold him on the phone over 5 minutes pretending I cannot understand him well and asked him to repeat. Then when he finish I told him my phone is connected to the police and if he called me only 1 more time I will do my best to make him troubles. I record the whole conversation. He said he will not call me more.

They called me too and had my name, phone number, auto insurance information and driving record and wanted to sell me something.  I told them this was a do not call number and that I knew they were in a boiler room.  You could hear all the back ground talkers.  He hung up.

OMG! This number has called me twice today, I answered the 2nd time so I could tell them to remove me from the list.  The name they asked for is not anyone that I know. I have had the same number for over 10 years! I'd sure like to know where to report the Indian sounding guy who called. I told him the name he asked for was not me, he asked my name, I told him my first name and asked him to remove me from his calling list. He then asked if I was married. I told him it didn't matter, he insisted it did! He actually told me he would NOT remove me from the list until I answered if I were married or not. I refused again and repeated that he remove me from his list. Then he said he would remove me when He gets his way and tells him if I am married or not.  I told him he will NOT get his way. He started laughing and I hung up. I suspect I will be getting more calls from this number.

I got a call from this number and it was a guy that I had a hard time understanding. He told me he was from Auto Care (I use to get calls from "Auto Care all the time and told them repeatedly to put me on the no call list or I would sue for harassment) so I immediately told him to put me on the no call list. He said "NO!" I replied, "Yes. Put me on your no call list." He told me no again and then began to talk FILTHY to me! It was disgusting! I hung up on him, but the next day the same guy called AT THE EXACT SAME TIME! I recognized the number on my caller ID and pretended I was a company and had never heard of the person he was calling. He quickly got off the phone with me. But, once again, I am receiving calls from "Auto Care". What on earth can I do to stop it?

I would like to report them as well. Auto Care calls me at least once a day and usually from a different state every time. When I tell them that I am happy with my auto insurance and to take me off their call list, they hang up on me.

866-871-8411 called me today offering me a free auto insurance quote. I got rid of him. I called the number back.
THE NUMBER THAT YOU HAVE DIALED IS INVALID, was the response.
Yesterday 3 times and once today, I got a call from a similar sounding Indian or asian guy with a similar line.
He called from 347-329-4437. When you call this line you get a "Thank for for calling the Walmart gift voucher hotline"
Yesterday I thought that Target was also mentioned in the message.
Yesterday I reported them on the government do not call website

I got another call from  866 871 8411 but when I answer they say nothing. I call back but I get a message that it is not a working number. How can we put a stop to these jerks?

some a** hole called again and again.scam calls don't answer it.

I almost fell for this scam, in fact I got as far as giving "John from Microsoft" my debit card account number as he seemed to know a lot about my computer, as if he were standing over my shoulder reading from my monitor and saying my hard drive was "about to crash".  But because of previous hacking problems, my bank is on alert and they called me on my cell phone at the same time to ask about a charge coming in from Bangalore, India, NOT Seattle as "John" implied.  So my bank blocked the transaction.  Then I got a call back from India a few weeks later saying "Microsoft needed to credit my bank account" since I had "cancelled" their service and wanted my NEW bank account number but I am wiser now and hung up.  Now I have been getting repeated calls from a U.S. Autocare,   Early this Saturday morning a "John" awoke me.  Does no good to tell them I am on the "Do Not Call" list. They seem to assume names like John or Josh, not Manesh, Raj, or Rahul but their accents give them away.

Calling every hour.  First time I picked up they said they were Microsoft technician and there was a problem with our computer.  We hung up on them.  Now the call is coming every hour every day.

Just ignore it. He's trying to get your information and he's a fast talker you can't understand him. I'm going to report him. He calls from different numbers sometimes. He give me a zip code that isn't mine and ask me to verify it and than I tell him no and he says he is from auto care and can save me money. He's trying to fill in your information to steal your identity. If you answer it I'd give him fake info and see what you can get out of him and report it to the FBI. This just pisses me off because I might be smart enough not to fall for this but some poor old person might not be. I'm looking into this scam now so this is why I am replying.

Have told them I was dead, have told them I was laid off, have told them I was incarcerated and they were calling the prison common area. Most times I let it ring, but when it wakes my kids from a nap, I get to amped that I usually keep em going for awhile then tell them I am a federal fugitive and the Marshall service has surrounded my home, and that I would call them back. Please give me your home number.  Then I laugh my a** off and hang up.

They call me several times a day and no message, so I called it back and I get a message that it's not a working number, next time I am going to answer, and they aren't going to like me very much!

This number: 866-871-8411 calls my home phone 4 times a day! When I pick up there is no one there. I've tried calling back, but it's an invalid number??  

this number has started calling my cell phone this week, early morning, and as others have said, leave no message.   Hope they burn themselves out soon and quit bothering us all.

I too have received NUMEROUS calls from this number, but when I try to return the call, it tells me that the number or code that I am dialing is not in service. WTF?? They never leave me a voicemail. I have received three calls in the last 45 minutes!!! This is ridiculous! Wish I could call them on their cell phones, and pester the crap out of them!

I called back and got a message saying this was an invalid number.
