Sirius has provided me on of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I purchases a ford with free 6 month trial. The trial ended I started getting calls from 866-903-7474. Since I only have a personal cell phone I don't pick up 800 nor 866 numbers. This number belongs to Sirius. They called everyday multiple times a day. I finally picked up and asked them not stop calling. However they started calling again a week later. They have continued to call and harass me for months. I would recommend that any one considering a free trial to reconsider. If you no not buy in they will hound you for months and will not stop.

Sirius XM does NOT know when to quit. Do to all the calls I will NEVER renew the service!!!

If you have an iPhone, you can add them to your contacts and then block them. I just did that so hopefully it works and I won't continue getting several calls a day from them anymore.

I am getting several calls per week since my Sirius subscription ran out. I also do not answer the call because I didn't know who was calling.

Got Sirius XM with New vehicle. Once subscription expired I got mail and calls often. You become a member of their marketing desires. So I called their DO NOT CALL number from this webpage: https://listenercare.siriusxm.com/app/answers/list/p/915,918
I had to give them my ID number which is found when you turn on your car, go to sirus and channel to 0, there is an id they need to look you up. Tell them you want to not get any more calls, mail, etc. They will try (it is their job) to get you to sign up still, say no and be polite and they will eventually put you on their DO NOT CALL list...which may take up to 10 days to stop getting calls because the marketing process is still going on.

Yes! Every day, since our Surius XM free trial ran out. Even though I have told them we will not renew it, they still call.
All times of the day! yesterday was at 830 pm eastern time.
