My 80 something year old mother was almost scammed out of $500 by Jamaican  phone number 876-503-3861.  She got the money out of the bank and went to CVS to get the green dot card and was informed by clerk there that this was a major scam.  Told my Mom she had won Publisher's Clearing house prize of 2.5 million but needed the $500 up front and then after he got it they would come to her door with the prize and balloons... Thank goodness the clerk at CVS was on top of her game!
The caller claimed he was a minister, Rev, Anthony Watson, ,so she would think he was telling the truth... so sad that people have to prey on old folks!

I got this call recently. They said I won 2.5 million and I knew it was a scam right away. They said that no personal info was needed and if I sent a small fee then they would release my funds. They sounded like India marketers. They sound legit, but if you win something they should have a little more than a phone number that you can find publicly.  I told them to have an American number call me and then I would talk because I don't have time to deal with a scam. Haha. People these days. Guess what, they didn't call back.

We got a call on cell phone today saying we won 250,000 . They told us to go to Walgreens or Walmart to buy a green dot money card. We were to put 200.10$ on card.  They said there company was NCC department.        The phone number was 702-421-0090. The more questions we asked, the more they changed their story.         We talked to our son and he looked this up, when they called back to see if we bought the green dot card, we told them we called the police.  Be carefull. Shame on them!

These "No Moral Low LifeThieves" prey on seniors and hope to get them to send the delivery fee or worse, give them credit card information to process the fee. Today I answered the phone & pretended to be a child and when they asked for me I said I was not Rich but I would get him, and just left the phone off the hook. YES, SCAM-SCAM-SCAM

I was very lucky because I search early about the Jamaican people. They calling me and tell me that I won 250.million and a uge screen t.v that they gono delivery to me. And they telling me to go to walmart n put the 399.00 in the green dot money pek . But I went there they didn"t want a sell it to me because they already know about that .so he call back and said go get the recet in western union and I went there to sent the money went I finish senting the money. I call him and let him know that I already sent to tamika Reid I finish sent the money around 5:00 PM so in Jamaica it's already night time, so after that I start searching those people they calling me there nuts peace of rack. Lire  any way I really lucky because I search early so I didn"t wast my money to them.

Sharon- Stop answering the call! Area code 876 is Jamaica. Lots of Chickens, dogs, Red Stripe Beer & not enough Prisons. Don't answer calls from numbers you don't know.

Answer a question with a question.....
Ask him to spell things for you, you are hard of hearing.....
Cough,sneeze,add the bodily function of your choice.....
Ask him to wait..while you take a dump, or a piss or to feed your dog....
I tell him my bag is leaking and I need to clean it up..please hold!
Talk about s**t that has nothing to do with him, tell him what a great car your 1949 Ford was and how you wish you had it today
Tell him you have not had sex in years, ask him how much a prostitute would cost....
Ask him what his name is......about every 3 minutes..then call him by a differant one.....
I tell them all my friends have died and ask him if he will be my friend.....

You get the idea....while he is wasting his time with you, he aint ripping anyone off. RECORD these calls!!! put them up on Youtube for all of us to enjoy..play them at parties :)

They called me today from 876-250-3135. He told me he as from MGM grand. I knew that the area code was Jamaica prior to answering. I told him yea right. I told him that I was not interested and to remove my number from his list. He said well why would you enter the sweepstakes then mam. He continued to talk and I hung up. I got a similar call from a different Jamaican number the other day, 876-374-3476.

Yet another call from jamaica for the lottery scam. Unless you're expecting a call from someone you know that lives in jamaica, don't ever answer to the 876 area code. They change up their numbers, will use unknown/private calling but it's all the same ... A SCAM! Don't fall for it.
I know everyone would love to win big money but not at the cost of draining your bank accounts because of a scam. Buy your lottery tickets and hope for the best. Good luck :)

This is a scam please beware they say they are located in las vagus, Califorinia but i look it up they are really in Jamaica.
