This number belongs to a man that has been successfully scamming and elderly lady for some time now.
She believes he is her friend, she has Sr. Advocacy handling her S.S. so she doesn't get evicted from her apartment, but she has managed to sell most of her furniture and sends the money to him via Western Union.  I believe she has been slipping into a serious dementia for some time and will not listen to any friends.  Why is it that our government  does virtually nothing to stop these people from taking advantage of our most helpless citizens?  This has to add up to multi-billions of dollars every year.  Where are these government agencies that are suppose to help those that are unable to help themselves?
