Received a call from their "legal department" saying that I must call them back immediately as I was being sued. No company name given.  Sounds like the same foreigners who have been calling me from "eagle eye associates" suing me for a online payday advance from "advance payday plus".  both companies have just a multitude of horrendous posts about them.  I have actually referred their information to my attorney.

This is ruining our life! This same guy won't stop calling our home or my husband's work. He works for a farm dealership and right now is wheat harvest and as a parts manager he is EXTREMELY busy! This man with the heavy middle eastern accent tells my husband, "I no let you work today! I just keep calling you and get you fired!" He calls non-stop and cusses at anyone who answers the company phone. The service manager got mad at my husband and said he was disrupting work!! We do not owe this debt!! My husband contacted the local police and they told my husband to push *69 and then *57 and the police then will contact this person. Yesterday, July 19, the police officer spoke to "Phillip Jordan" on the phone for a few minutes and informed him that he knows this is a scam and everytime he calls it is being documented, recorded and turned over to the interpol. He did not care and even after the officer spoke to him he proceeded to call over and over again!!! I am a nervous wreck and can't stop shaking or crying! It is comforting to know that we are not the only ones this is happening to.But we are so afraid my husband is going to get fired. And just 2 weeks ago he got a raise because he is doing so well at work and now this little middle-eastern jack*** is ruining our life!!! What, pray tell, can we do? Some one help us !!!!!

I received a call from this number just now and it made me really angry. It was a guy with a very heavy accent, maybe Indian or other close Asian accent and he claimed they had a law suit against me regarding a payday loan. I protested and said I had no outstanding debts and he said he would transfer me to his supervisor, who presented himself as "Raymond Scott". He was using the technique of talking over me, saying I owed them 300 dollars but they were suieing me for 7,000 dollars. I explained that I would call the police on him, that I indeed did not owe nothing, and he started hammering me with bits and pieces of information like mentioning my work place (this happened at home, I happened to be home today), and that he was calling from BCI, Bureau of Criminal Investigation. I said I would report him to Secret Service (which is were you can turn with these issues, go to http://www.secretservice.gov/ and find the field office in your state) and he started laughing and said he was high authority and I would be careful not to threaten him with the police since he WAS the police. I said he was no police and I did not threaten him, I made him a promise. He got even more aggressive and I ended up hanging up on him because he was just repeating idle threats.

Some jerk name Raymond Scott called my place of employement and demanded to speak to a manager.  The call was taken by one of my colleagues.  Raymond threaten legal action against me and wanted my employer to be aware of this.  He told me that we would continue to call them and make them aware of the situation till I pay him 300.  I asked him to send me a copy of the bill and when was this loan taken out.  He gave me a bogus date of November 2011.  I told him that is bullsh--, I had no reason to take a loan out my account balance was between 5000 and 7000 so this is impossible.  He threaten me with social security fraud, bank fraud and every other crime he could think of.  He said he was going to tell everyone at my workplace about me.  i told him i was no longer there and that I'm on disability but he continued to threaten me.  Who can we call to put an end to them calling your workplace and home number?

The caller from this number continues to harass me asking me to speak with Shannon Andrews and this is not her number its mine and I dont even know Shannon Andrews. The person speaking appears to sound like an East Indian. Its a scam

tell them that you allready made a police report and you know its a scam, they leave you alone, thats what i did!

yesterday I was at work,july 14 2011, a guy named Ray Fleir from legal departemt in Florida, telling me tha this call was getting record and that this call is a legal matter about a loan that hasnt being pay by me, and that he is client was suing me and that if i didnt want to go to prison for 2 years and have to pay more than $20 grands for courts fees ect, i have to pay them $2411 to drop all charges ect, and that i need it to pay right away, i told them i didnt have the money, ans they got really rude with me and hung up, them they call me back asking me again how i was going to make the payments i told them that i didnt have the money right now that i might have to have at least a month,they got really mad and told me that, thats was not their problem and that i just cause to lose my job and that they were going to call my boss ect, which they did they ledt me really nasty and threating voice mail, i saved them just in case. they got me really good i was very scared, so this morning july 15 2011 my co-worker and i start to investigated in the internet and found similar stories, like my case so therefor i found out it was scam, luckilly i didnt give them any of my debit and credit cards, but they still have my work infotmation, address information,cell phone number,work number ect even my ss#. everthing bout me..!

they called me back this afternoon asking me again my visa number to take out the money, and pay my debt and drop the charges, when i told them that this matter has being reported to the police they hunged out,and they stop calling me!

I received numerous calls today from a person named Raymond Scott, he did everything to scare me and intimidate me.  He  also called my husband at work and tied up all of their business lines.  What kind of a company calls people four letter names, I for one do not know of any ligidimate company does.  He claimed that we owed money but he could not or would not supply any proof of the money owed.  He stated that he didn't need too.  What can we do about this?

We just received 3 messages on our answering machine. They said if we didn't call back it would be very dangerous and bad things could happen. It scared the crud out of our daughter who is 12. My husband called back and they had all of his information stating he owed some payday company 5000.00 but they would settle today for 1000.00.  My husband hung up on them and they kept calling back. So after seeing these posts he called back and said he was going to blow up his country and  put a bomb in his rear end (to be nice) and a few other things.  This is very scary to know that they have all of this information. Is there somewhere you can report this?

I received a call from this number on Tuesday 7/12/11 they demanded to speak to my lawyer then to my boss.  The next morning at 9:13 they called and demanded to speak to my boss since I refused they then called my desk phone all three lines non stop for 45 minutes.  I did call the attorney general's office, I notified the FTC and did call the police as well in the afternoon they called my cell phone but that time the number came to my phone as if it were my work number.  I have not heard from them today but I am sure they are just on a break.  I did change my bank account.

I get calls from this company every 2 months.  This last time it was from a Mike Thomas with US Cash Loan.  I had consulted with my friend, who is an attorney, and she did inform me it sounded like a scam.  And, then, I contacted the actual company that I have a loan with and that is in good standing and was told that this is a scam and to make sure to put a fraud alert with all of the credit agencies.  Here is some of the info that they provided to me:

It has been irritating because this company also calls my references that were used on my loan application.  I agree that somehow this fraudlent company is hacking into a database to get all of our information.  So, I have been doing like most of you and just telling them I know it is a scam and I have reported this to law enforcement.

You can check the internet, this is a very widespread and widely reported scam.....I had some success with telling them that I turned the matter over to the US Attorney General's office.....NO reputable agency would ever make threats on the phone or not provide written documentation and case history. Sadly, some folks on the internet admitted that they were intimidated into sending these creeps money.

My guy had a heavy Indian accent and said that his name was Paul Nixon, hahahahahah

My wife also received a call from 1-877-848-4049. He got her last name wrong and made threats (could've been Indian or Jamaican accent).
With all the people reporting this scam, it's curious why this hasn't been resolved yet.

I received a call from this number and they left me a message to call back about a serious legal matter. I called back and he said that I applied and received an unsecured loan. He knew everything about me.He even knew my social security number. I was told that if i don't pay $698 in a couple of hours then they were going to have to take a warrant out on me. And that I would be arrested and they would even call my place of employment. He had me crying and trying to find the money for this. I went online and looked up this number and found out it was a scam.

I recieved a call from this number and "Stuart" left me a message to call back about a serious legal matter. I called back and he said that i applied online and recieved an unsecured laon. He knew my email, address, place of employment, and he wes talking so fast that I believe he knew my social. "Stuart" was very threatening. I asked several times who the company was that said I owe them. He just kept saying he was with "a law firm". I was told an amount and when I said there is no way I can do this TODAY, he got angry and said he will not be able to help me and that I could wait for law enforcment and that I brought this upon myself..then hung up on me. He also threatened me by saying he would see me in court because this was a criminal offense.  He also scared me so bad I was crying at work!

These guys are part of a scam that has been going on for the past several years. DO NOT give them any money! It is 100% BS! There Att Gen offices in several states trying to stop them but of course they are routed out of India so it is nearly impossible! They are scum who pray on fear! The tip off is the illegal nature of their threat! Way over the line of what is legal practice! And if you ask them to send you a bill they refuse...also illegal! If they call you, tell them you have filed a red-card report with Interpol in New Delhi!

Got a call from Tim Williams, who spoke in such a heavy indian or asian accent I could hardly understand him, threatening legal action against me and they would come to my home and work. They knew my SSN, at least last 4 digits, phone numbers at home and work, and said I had gotten a payday loan which I would never do, but have been victim of identity theft by Robert and Viola Holt and Kim Holt McCulloch, who are being prosecuted by my bank and attorneys, but its still a hassle! These guys are scammers, I referred them to the legal department at work and my own lawyer, so I doubt I will get many more calls.

I just got a call from John Mattews from this number. I told him that his last name is Patel and I was going to hunt him down and kill him and his dog. These people are the biggest scam.

i was contacted as well jul 9 i was told to make reports with the ftc local police secret service attorney general fbi postal inspector the more reports that are made the better in hopes to catch these people all stories are the same they even tried to get the company that i work for which is olive garden(darden restaurant) attorney information to pay for this so called loan the are using the name united capital names sam and jeffery also claiming they are officers

i recieved a call from this number at work.   When i called back i talked to a man with a indian accent. He asked for my phone number, and then he knew my name. He said i had an outstanding cash advance from usa cash. and owed 709.00.   I have not had any loans of the kind for many many years.
But he threatend to take me to court, and garnish my wages.   Very upsetting.  But i quickly figured out it was a scam.

I have also received a call from this idiot. He left a message on my machine and told me to call or have my attorney call (or at least i think that is what he said). I didn't do either, there ought to be a way to stop this crap.
