Michael Anderson just called me too!

I was contacted today on my cellphone from a Michael Anderson who claimed to be calling from his company Megamillions and that I had won 2.5 million dollars.  I was very skeptical and asked him how I won and he wanted to verify that I had a US Cellular phone number and that it was entered into a raffle and was the winner.  He wanted to know if I was aware of that and did I want to know how I could claim those winnings.  I asked him if he was affiliated with any state and wanted him to tell me again who he was with.  By the time he repeated it all again, I was certain that my instincts were correct and that he was a liar and it was definitely a scam.  When he could not tell me my name, the conversation was over.   By the way, he sounds like he has a German or Bulgarian accent, not Jamaican.  Watch out, with this many complaints, our government should take out this phone number!!!!

at 9:50 PM.  yes almost 10pm.This number called me today and asked if I was familliar with UPS.  He was not from the states.  Ask him if he wanted to talk to my husband who is a cop.  said no i dont talk to cops.   ask him 4 more times and the line went dead.

DO NOT return the call from someone calling from a 876 area code.
This is not a toll free "800" number, it is the international long distance code for the island nation of Jamaica. You are charged international and long distance rates for calling this number. Other international/long distance area codes are 809, 284, and 649.

Had a missed call from this telephone number which showed it was from Jamaica.  I returned the call and got a voice mailbox for a Calvin Green.  I did not leave a message but received a call back.  The caller (with a heavy accent) asked if I was familiar with UPS.  I was searching this sight while I was talking and when he got to the part where told me I won 5 million dollars I was told him that I knew this was a fraud and I would be reporting him.

Yes this website has saved several but it is still several people still falling for this scam!! so try to alert as many as you can!

I just got a call from Michael Anderson, said he with PCH and I won 2.5 million. He talked and talk, I got a funny feeling as he spoke that it was all lies. He told me before they deliver my check I had to get a GREEN MONEY PAK SCRATCH PAPER CARD, from Walmart or Walgreens and put $250.00 on it. That is when I knew it was a scam, then I heard dogs barking in the background. He said it was the security guards with the attack dogs. My thought while he spoke was prison, cause I heard 6 or 7 dogs in the background. He try to play the christian and this is a blessing card, but I said I don't have the 250 and if God is blessing me with $2.5 million. I will get it, he gave me this number to contact him when I get the card (876) 448-7136 from JAMAICA. THIS IS A SCAM AND MICHAEL ANDERSON IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. PLEASE BEWARE

They Are scammers

I Got a call from this number too! weird dude..... At first wen he called it was unkown but he called back and i got his number and tried to look it up and found these comments.... he said i filled out a raffle ticket in Orange, Texas. which i havent and plus, i just got this number and ive only been to orange once since i had it and i think id remember filling out a raffle...

I got a phone call from a man today who asked if I was familiar with the business ups. I told him in fact I was familiar with the ups. He then asked if I was the owner of the phone. I replied I was. And out of pure fun I decided to stay on the phone with the man. He then said that I had one 950,000 dollars from the Texas Lottery Commission...That 10,000 phone numbers were put into a pot and I was Lucky because my phone number was drawn..lol..He then proceeded to ask me if I believed in God, I told him yes I did..He told me God let me win...He asked me if I was working or owned my own business. Then out of fun I told him I was unemployed. He said that a Lawyer by the name of Linder Alling was going to meet me in Beaumont, TX at a ups store and an FBI agent so I "may receive my 950,000 DOLLAR prize. He then asked me if I had a state I.D. and something else. And also if I had a Government claiments card..I told him I did not. He then asked me to go to wal-mart and send him one-hundred dollars and he could get me this "government claiments card"..lol. So that way I will have the card so when I meet this "Lawyer and FBI agent in Beaumont, TX..I may claim my prize!!!...lol. This man who called me on the phone claimed his name was Mr. Calvin Green..but the problem was he kept calling me Mr, Green...So I told him that I would contact the FBI and see what they think about this call and get back to him,,,he then immediately hung up the phone...lol...The call was from Jamaica and the guy said his name was Mr. Calvin Green...I never gave him any personnel information...I obviously did not go to wal-mart...If you get this phone call just ignore it.....
