I didn't get a phone call, but a charge showed up on my mother's Discover Card bill.  My mother passed away in 2009.  I called Discover, and they promised to reverse the charges and investigate.

Here we go again. I still did not get a call from this number and have no idea who they are. My Discover card Company credited the amount they charged to my card on May 22,  2010, but on May, but on August 26, 2010 The reversed the tempory credit and charged the 68.74 back to my card. This is FRAUD. When I tried to call the number I received a recording that said , " The ring central number you are calling has not been activated. Toget your own ring central number go to ring central.com to get your own ring central number. What a crock. I will call discover again, I have no ide why they charged it back to me. I am Frustrated that Discover would charge this amount back t me as it is clearly a Fraud.

I did not get a call but I did get a charge on my discover card. I called the number on the charged amount and got an answering machine. It stated that if you recieved a charge on your discover card to call you card company to get a refund. what I would like to know is how did they get my credit card number?
