please have this number banned as with all the others they call several times aday cannot get a person on the line and when I call it back comes up as invalid number. please forward ths complaint to fcc

Thank you for this info.  I, too, have received numerous calls from this number. Took your suggestion, called the number and they put me on "do not call" list!  Great info....

I am on the do not call list and this number calls me every day and sometimes twice. I want it to stop.

I just tried that number, and the girl admitted they are doing it. I told them I requested to be removed two weeks ago, that I am on the DO NOT CALL List, and that what they are doing is a crime. I told her if I get one more call from "you a***oles," that I would be reporting them to the police, and requesting a tap and trace.

this guys calling me 3-4 times per day, im going to change numbers. he has never said a word when i answer.

I get several calls a week from this # its soooo annoying....i live in tampa fl and i dont know how they have my #. They cant even say hello, hang up right away, and when you call back this stupid music just keeps playing over and over and thers no answer...EVER. Its pretty much what everyone mentioned. Point is dont waste your minutes or your time. Does anyone know how to block this #?

They have called me multiple times and hung up, this time I answered on the first ring. A lady was on the other line trying to get me to change airconditioning services.  Very rude!

877-328-8722 is a ROBOCALLER used by Air Rescue.  Log at least 10 calls (date/time) then contact your phone provider & request "Tap & Trace" forms.  Complete these 2 forms & return them and phone log to your phone provider.  They will forward these completed forms to your local law enforcement to trace the trunk lines for prosecution for the crime of criminal harassment.  Prosecution by law authorities is the only way to stop this criminal harassment.

I have been getting phone calls from the 3+ times a day. I get a person when I pick up, and it sounds like the exact same person every time. I lit them a new one and told them to stop calling me, and SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Totally legit, for real.

I have gotten a call from them everysingle day for the past two weeks. I finally got a phone call from a different number. I didn't answer it because I though it wa the number that kept calling me day after day. Today I just went back through my phone records and saw that number I called and it came up with a prerecoded message stating  that if you have received calls that when you answer and then hang up. It's the air rescue and to call them at this number: 888 638 3792. I did and was asked to be taken off the call list and put on the no call list. I domt know if it will work. If it doesn't I will call them and tell them and then report them. Because this is ridiculous! Hope this helps!

Call Robert Gindel, Jr.  He is a consumer protection attorney in West Palm Beach, Florida who sues these companies for harassing people.  I think he obtained $40,000 on one of these cases.

They call me a few times each spring/summer. It seems the majority of solicitor calls that I receive lately are either supposed charities asking for money or heating and cooling companies. If you have a quality, legitimate business here in Florida your heating and cooling business will do well without calling and harassing people. Besides, I will not purchase, subscribe to or donate to anyone who calls my home, cell phone or nowadays, texts my cell phone! I am homebound due to disability and illness, on oxygen and much of the time confined to bed. Hearing the phone ring is annoying. I wear earplugs to sleep and keep the ringer turned down where it doesn't echo through the house. I just check messages on a regular basis. Maybe these suggestions will help some of you.
