ebay is trying to bill me over $100 after i pulled an item off their web and NEVER sold it because a scammer from nigeria tried to get me to send the item to them and never pay for it.

It is a collection agency on behalf of Amazon. E. O. C. C. A, is the collections company.

I assume this is some sort of creditor.. My phone automatically rejects callers that I add to the list. This number is on my reject list. They robo-called 4 times in a row within a minute!

What exactly would you like the Federal Aviation Administration to do about runaway debt collectors? Maybe you could redirect your fury to the FTC, which actually does regulate the industry?
The misheard name of this Massachussetts collector is EOS-CCA, another crummy lawbreaker. Don't wait for expose television or regulators to rescue you. Learn the laws and take action. Get friendly with your FDCPA rights as an alleged debtor at FTC-dot-gov.

Companies who employees that don't identify themselves or the company they work for should be investigated and subject to the full extent of law that the FAA can impose. 60 minutes and/or any other national media news group have the power to research this company and expose them. I am asking for their help in this matter.

this number calls me several times a day, very annoying. I have never spoken to anyone, it tells me all customer service agents are busy if I answer. They need to go away.

WE HAVE RECIEVED REPEATED CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER, UP TO 6 IN ONE DAY, AND THEY HAVE CLAIMED TO BE TRYING TO COLLECT ON BEHALF OF EBAY, CALLING ABOUT AN ACCOUNT WE HAVE WITH THIER COMPANY, ASKED FOR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS AND BIRTH DATE'S, BUT REFUSED TO ID THEMSELVES. BEEN TOLD TO STOP CALLING, YET KEEP CALLING, AND SEEM OFFENED WHEN YOU ACCUSE THEM OF BEING A SCAMER OR HARRASSMENT FOR THIER CALLS.
