I just received a call from Charles Dixon, with a call back number of 8884319131.  The call came in as "unknown" and I've been receiving these calls for months sometimes multiples times in a month or week, from different people but same idea trying to say I have a warrant out or should be served with something.  However, it does not relate to me.  But I keep being bothered by these crazy people.

I called the number they left, they are looking for someone not me.

 my wife received call from 877-390-9350 on03/07/13. was ask for her social and other information.
she didn't of course and was told she a warrant for her arrest and should have been served a warrant.they said they where trying to help her. no warrant had been issued and all a scam to get personal information.
 do not give them anything .

Charles Dixon identified himself as a process server.  I couldn't take the call because was at work and only answered because I thought was my mechanic about my car.  Anyway, he called my daughter and this is the message he left:

Hey u need to call this number 8773909350. It is charles. Dixon it. Is about a court appearance it is case # 11fl86546 he saaid u will get a failure to appear if u don't go to court. :(( he wouldn't tell me what it was for either

These guys called my my extended family and threatened them with police and etc... Which of course we all know is BS except for my naive family (However the people knew my name, I know public information). I called the number with the reference number they leave and have no such number then get angry and hang up on you. After making a point about the legalities behind their tactics they have my number blocked and always shows busy. I have yet to figure out who these people are yet. I will be turning their information in to the Texas Attorney General and see what I can get done. Honestly, the only thing I can think of they are is some kind of scam.
