Called my cell phone and "Kimberly Carr" a locator left a message threatening legal action (which included court costs and fees plus three times the amount owed) unless I was willing to settle. If I settled, "Don" would wave the locator fees ($200.) and settle for 80%. When I called "Don" back and advised him that my attorney wanted to see the legal court documents and to fax it to him, "Don" refused.
