This is a collection agency.  They also use the following phone #s (213)232-9053, (678)784-3680,(512)765-9355,(800)580-8615.  They use different agency names (BCM, APAX, Halsted Financial,)  caller ID also shows PRIVATE CALLER and UNKNOWN CALLER.  They try to use scare tactics to make you think they have charges against you.  They repeatedly violate the FDCPA.  If they start calling you, do yourself a favor and contact a good lawyer that protects consumers against harassment, scams, and etc.
