These bandits contacted me and I am quite sure they had no idea of my vocation. I sold a timeshare but still get  many calls from many other companies. Please call me if you hear from these cats, as I am working with a group to clean this mess up and protect us . 800-882-0296, Mark

They didn't take money from us.But we do have a phone number 727-498-4495.They answer American Property and Title.They used fedex.That number can be used to find out who's number..Hope this helps ..

Have I been scammed?  I didn't give them any money, but I did give them information.

Avoid calls from American Property and Title, Palm Harbor, Florida, they are not legitimate!

I just received the same phone call from American Property and Title, Palm Harbor, Florida, and stupidly gave my bank info. I am currently freezing my bank account so they can not take out any money. This is a real hassel. If it is too good to be true - guess what? It is!!!!!

Isn't the internet fun? They called my 81 year old mother and said they had a buyer for her timeshare. I told her not to count on ever seeing it.

Got the same caller as DK wanted our banking info..My accountant ?what for.
Salesperson got hostile...Sean was the persons name..Very wary about this,
want to sell but don't want to get scammed again...Said have seller $16450.00
want 10% of sales, and needed bank info...

this place called and said they had an offer on a time share and wanted money up front   it is a scam to get money   they should be reported   going to find out how

same thing happen to us.  They told us that they had a buyer and would hold our money in an escrow acct.  I reported this to the AG office in Florida.

We were dealing with American Property & Title. They said they had a buyer for $26000 for our Scottsdale, AZ timeshare. We did give them our banking information - and all of a sudden the money was gone. We stopped the transfer and the agent, who said his name was Tom, threatened a lawsuit. Our attorney checked them out in Fl and said not to worry about a suit. It is a scam. The Florida AGs office has shut down dozens of these places. They pop up again under new names. American Property & Title LLC filed their LLC documents in December 2010. The operating manager is Edward Ereaux. Our attorney checked with two large, reputable title companies who have timeshare departments which confirmed that the seller never puts up money up front. In a legitimate deal, all fees are paid out of the buyer's purchase money.

RECEIVED THE SAME TYPE OF CALL ON MY TIMESHARE IN HILTON HEAD OFFER OF 36000 ON A 5000 FOR SALE PROPERTY TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE HAVE NOT FOUND ANYTHING ON THE COMPANY EITHER  THEY WANTED MY BANKING INFO DID NOT GIVE IT TO THEM.

When I google the number there is no listing and when I tried their supposed web site there is no such listing. They tell me they have a buyer for my time share in Las Vegas NV.  I called the tool free number they gave me but I didn't get to talk to the supposed person that originally called me. They are suppose to call me back. Now I am worried that I have been scammed
