Dude is a con artist. The people on here saying they were helped? Well, that is him. He is dumb as a stump. He changes facts, changes what the charges are, changes dates, etc.. Well, he is about to be arrested.

I know this is a scam, recorded message, intentionally vague, trying to be intimidating but can't even speak proper English. I tried calling back only because the call was anoying, and then a getto dude called me back and when I answered HE termninated the call!!

I have never gone for a day loan, or any of this unfortunate scams and feel sorry for those who have to. But this is non-sense why?

I just got this new phone number and new cellphone service, so it is not mine... so anyone trying to collect on me is out of luck! The last time I borrowed any money, 15 years ago!
I wish there was a way to eliminate all this scum, but since there isn't, I guess we have to grin and bear it..

These morons are listed as being a collection company BUT the address they gave the BBB is BOGUS, it's a small strip mall and this company is NOT located at that address Also the BBB can not give them a rating for reasons unspecified

I've researched this company, as well as other similar ones, and discovered a person claiming to work for Cardarelli and Associates on Facebook. His name is Miguel Garcia. I hope that this information helps you in any way!

Cardarelli is just a guy that buys ppls debt for cheap off of others debt collectors and he tries to make a profit from the debt he bought, if he doesn't collect then be will sell it down the line and so forth but my words are pay the actuall debt collector not the ppl that buy the debt like cardarelli

Now he is calling from different numbers including the Santa Barbara police dept. on our way to police department now to file a report.

Just got the same call. he refused to give us a link back to his business to prove his identity. He was very rude and that's what threw up the red flag. wanted us to put money on a pre-paid  debit card to pay him. He said he is sending the police to our house to serve us. said his name is Mitchell McCoy. Thank God we dint pay him..

As with most situations involving a defaulted consumer debt there is going to be some tension. When interest accumulates and people are confronted with mistakes from their past they sometimes lash out. Cardarelli & Associates is licensed in New York State and tries to keep a low profile in order to maintain the privacy of both its clients and the people they are paid to interact with.
The only reason I respond to this now is to address the licensing issue. I will not attempt to sway the opinion of anyone. Arguing in such a general format serves no purpose and is not going to sway the opinion of people looking for a quick fix to a debt they generated during a difficult time.
Cardarelli and Associates recognizes that in a tough economy good people come across hard times and will do everything it can to maintain the integrity of the company and the interests they represent.

Don't send them anything, do not reply to their phone calls.  RECORD THEIR INCOMING CALLS - THEY ARE NOT LICENSED TO DO BUSINESS IN NEW YORK STATE - The address listed for them is a ups store- 5677 South Transit Road Lockport, NY  THEY HAVE NO REGISTERED AGENT INFORMATION, THEY ARE WORKING OUT OF AN APARTMENT.

If you're so tired of it, just pay your bill,  It's unbelievable.  If someone owed you money, you would be pounding on their door demanding they pay it back.  You would stop at nothing if someone owed you $500, which is the amount I suspect you originally borrowed from the loan in the first place.  And what did you expect would happen, no credit check, money in 24 hours, and you only need a bank account  Normal people just put that on their credit card, and pay it back a month later. Instead of filing a class action lawsuit to stop the calls, maybe you should pay back your debt.  It's even worse that you still haven't paid the loan you received in over 6 years.  Thats says alot about your character.  And for your information, which I shouldnt even bother telling you,  pay day loans cannot be litigated on in new york state, it's the law, but then again, you would probably be the type to file bankruptcy if they were awarded a judgement anyway.   OMOS = Outstanding Member of Society -

Same thing for me.  Saying it is someone from Carderelli & Associates.  And that State and Federal Law irequires they get in touch with me.  They keep calling and I keep ignoring the message.  I am so tired of this!!

I' ve been receiving the same phone calls from Cardarelli & Associaties. I started receiving phone calls in January 2012. They left meesages on my voicemail. When I tried to contact them, no one ever answers the phone, so I left a message, asking for something in writing and I left my email address. They sent me a document by email regarding a debt from a pay day loan company call The Cash Loan Team and that I owed them $705.81 and they told me on my voicemail that my file had been forwarded and that they were going to take some legal actions if they don't received a payment by March 14, 2012 and they said in the letter that my credit report will be wipe clean once they received the payment. The account is not even on my credit report. I've done business with The Cash Loan Team once and that was over 8 years ago and the payment of 250.00 was paid within 2 weeks, because that drafted the funds from my checking account, now the company no longer exist. The address on the letter is 5677 South Transit Road Lockport, NY 14094 (if that's the real address) and the name on the letter is Anna Rodriguez. I thinks it a fraud, but if they keep calling me I will take some further actions and contact the Better Business Bureau and see what I can do about the situation. This is crazy.

I've received a couple of calls from them and they leave me messages. They call themselves Cardarelli and Associates claiming to be the recipient of a claim against me from some payday loan place called All Star Payday Loans or something similar. The funny thing is the exact same Yday they called me someone else from another company called claiming to be with Paramount Group Recovery saying they also received a claim from this All Star place - which I've never even heard of and we don't have one of them in my city (I've been looking it up since the calls started). I've received 2 calls from each of them about 3 weeks apart.  They both say that a lawsuit is pending if I don't pay for this loan (both claim that no one else could possibly have this debt to collect which is also very strange) but if I pay today then everything will be wiped clean. Neither can provide any of the original documentation that I supposedly signed or any company information who supposedly hired them and this debt was from anywhere between 6-9 years ago and no one can figure out the exact amount I supposedly owe. I wish I had a great lawyer friend to harass them. A class action suit against them would be great if I could figure out who they really were!!!
