They took $385 from my mother's account

The amount taken was $780.00 from my mother's account and still nothing is being done. She is 88 yrs old and I believe she was taken advantage of. I call the number and get a recording most of the time. I have talked to someone but they don't seem to be very helpful and portray themselves as a Call Center that has 100's of companies they work for. I have yet to talk to anyone that can explain why this money was taken and what was purchased. They seem very indifferent and give me the run around. The bank is investigating but I haven't heard anything as yet.
