Yes, they are valid. They are NCO Financial Systems. And apparently, my defaulted student Loan had turned in my defaulted loan to NCO. I set up arrangements. They are not rude or harrassing. They set me up on a Federal Loan Rehabilitation Program.

I'm getting calls from this phone #, but they are saying they are "NCO Financial Systems, Inc." has anyone heard of them? I did have a college loan with OSI...have they now become NCO? Please help...they call my cell phone from (614) 717-4395 but the call back number they leave is this (877) 716-6788.
