I just received a bill last week for a total of $11.53 from Radiology Assoc. My daughter was ill in January & Insurance paid all but $11. Cooks Childrens is where we went. I JUST got the bill and already they are calling to collect??? Idiots.

I just got a call from that number with a prerecord end message from Radiology department. I have not had any X-rays or tests so it has to be a scam. Do not call them back!!

got a call from 877-718-5728  Cross checked phone numbers and account numbers left on voicemail against the phone numbers and account number on my invoice NONE OF THE NUMBERS MATCHED UP! Raised a RED FLAG! Don't send any money to these people!  Beware of scam operators!!

I keep getting calls from these folks, and I , or any of my family haven't had anything like you describe done, so I think they just got a name from the phone book and trying to get lucky.  My phone will be answered as a fax line from here on out unless I recognize the number

Pretty funny Debbie, I just got a call from this number, and they said: Thank you for calling Physcians Associates...not Radiology.  I did get a cat-scan just a month ago, and I know my insurance didn't pay all of it, I paid a portion..but I WILL BE CALLING THEM DIRECTLY...and set up payments with them only.  These bottom feeders need to get a REAL job..instead of trying to take money from others that have REAL jobs.

This is Radiology Associates.  If you, or someone on your insurance or in your family, have been to the doctor's office or hospital lately and had to have a CT-SCAN, Xray, or UltraSound, the Radiology Department is the department that does these scans.  They are calling you because a scan was done and insurance has not paid, so they may be attempting to contact you for any remaining balance.

I live in Texas also, and I have been getting calls from the same person, but he uses different numbers to call, sometimes he asks for Dexter and sometimes he says he is calling to lend me money.  I asked him if I had to pay it back and he hung up.  Next time I told him to not call me back again and he said he would call as many times as he wanted to.  He then called back in 10 minutes and said he wanted to speak to Dexter.  Some kind of scam.  How do we block all these numbers?

In the last 3 days I have had at least 30 calls.

i have two health insurance co. and the second one alway pick up the balance. the amount isnt even 10.00 but ten here ten there it all adds up. are they for real or a rip off co?

They kept calling, hanging up before i could even answer the phone.  Did get an automated message on my voicemail one time, said press 1 blah blah or call them back (at the same number) or visit their website at ezmedinfo.com/rapz.  The site has an invalid security certificate.  If I ignore that fact and proceed, the url says it "can't find the provider" or whatever.  They're starting to piss me off, 8 calls in the last 24 hours.

I had a similar call, but my amount owed was zero. I think they are real, but very disorganized, because they didnt even have my info right over something down in november of 2010.

"Jessica in Texas" is correct. I also live in Texas and got this phone call with the message stating they are Radiology Associate,  I have yet to get a call for "Visa Fraud". DO NOT RESPOND TO THESE CALLS!

(877) 718-5728 is a credit card collector.  Automated recorded message states it is "Radiology Associates", but it is a collector.  Nothing more - nothing less.
The automated message states they expect a return call & that they need a "current address".
*Remember - any return phone calls to places such as this OR if you check an "account" online, you are sending those folks your geographic location and no telling what else.

This is the second call in two days from different companies. First from 1-877-5728 Visa Fraud Provention and I called my bank and it was a Scam, and now from Radiology Associates the recorded message said a name, but it was slurred,  said I needed to call about my account? I have no account must be another Scam.

This is the phone number to a medical billing company.  This number is listed on Radiology Associates of Tarrant County's website (www.ratc.com).

no message was left   i see others saying it's radiology associates....we have used them but they would not have reason to call us
