Called my x in laws saying there is a warrant for my arrest and will take my kids won't answer return calls.

Today I have filed a complaint about UPC Associates with the Federal Consumer Protection Bureau online. They have a new process where they will forward a copy of the consumer's complaint to the debt collection company and they expect an answer. That puts the Federal government in their business. Also they will forward details of the complaint to other federal agencies to investigate illegal collection activities such as pretending to be lawyers and process servers, threatening lawsuits, arrest, prosecution for fraud, filing tax liens, seizure of vehicle registration, revocation of driver's license, etc. I strongly urge anyone who has received threatening phone calls to file a complaint online at: http://www.consumerfinance.gov/complaint/

I have recently received voice mails o my cell phone and now my MOMS home phone from a ms mendoza from UPC & Associates saying there is a pending charge for fraud with malicious intent to the owner, I was EXTREMELY caught off guard by this and couldn't believe they contacted my family members about this. When I called the number back, it fwd me to another lady's voice mail inbox, I was requesting documentation via mail regarding this "Charge pending" and they refused to send me anything. they said they could email it to me??? I said no I would prefer it in writing sent to my home, and the lady told me to hold on then I was transferred to someone else. This new person I was talking to was extremely rude and said "We WILL NOT be mailing you ANYTHING, your case is set to go to court TODAY!!!! WTH!!!! How are you going to call me at 8 am then all of a sudden I have a court date 2 hours later!!!???? I have seen a lot of bad reports on this company.

I have received calls from this number as well as 5 different 877 or 866 numbers stating I owe them money when I certainly do NOT, claiming I will be served and there are pending charges against me.  I have kept all of the paperwork going back three years regarding this company (which has changed names over 2 dozen times) and they have changed phone numbers, fax numbers email addresses etc. I have all of my correspondence regarding this "loan" which was never given to me and is fraud as I have proof of identity theft with some payday loan which I'm assuming is how I got on some list of this company. I have never been taken court in the past three years since this has started and approximately ever six months they make a new phone call to myself and a family member or friend of mine.  I contacted the police and filed a report with this new number and I will continue to do so.  They have called me stating they are MESA Financial, BSA, Patrick OConnor Inc, Patrick Shaffer Inc and now UPC and Associates...those are just the names I remember off hand.  "Mrs. Johnson the attorney that will be in charge of my case", please serve me I would love to see this in court and some justice for the years of harassment I've endured.

I call this number to ask for the address and the lady who picked up the phone told me that the lawyers do not accept mail and the already issued a warrant. I do not accept mail too. lol!

Received a message from work today from "UPC Associates" caller ID: 855-359-2333 saying they have me on some phony fraud charge and a refusal to respond. Said if they don't hear back from me on Monday 6/17 they will send the hounds of hell after me, or some such stupid nonsense. Call back number 877-720-3291. I needed a good laugh today LOL.

Said "are you going to be home at a certain time so we can deliver this summons"  He then proceeded to tell me to call this #.  He also asks me to make sure there are no large dogs or even a gun here.

They keep calling leaving messages that their a Law firm UPC Associates, Said they are investigating fraud charges for a Bank I used to bank with over five years ago and if I don't call them back by a certain time they have no choice but to issue a warrant for my arrest. These people are full of crap!!!!!

Marinate some skinless chicken breast, in Ginger, Lemon, and sprinkle some rosemary leaves on top, then let it set in the fridge for 24 hours. BBQ and you have a mind stimulating meal.

I  got many calls from this # as well . And they treated me very nice and helped me alot. It was a lawsiut on a loan i took out and forgot too pay back . So i payed it like i should have the first time . If you can get a loan with no intent too pay it back you are a scumbag!!!!!!!!!!!1

These people are whack! My family and in laws and even my landlord has gotten calls from them saying that they have a court date for me and gives out a docket number and says I will have a warrant for my arrest soon! Who does that??? Who tells private info on the phone but doesn't call my home. My number isn't private. These people are snakes! I called and got a machine which didn't say who they were, I left a message with my home phone for them to call me!! I swear I hope they do!!!!!

Anyone else had anything recently from this compnay?  I'm being threatened Jail time and fines for committing 'Wire Fraud', on a bank account that was closed because the Credit Union sold to a bigger credit union and account numbers were sold to hackers.  I have a Police Report and all the woman does is yell at me that my case is being expedited and that I WILL be paying my fines and they will see me in Court.

These turds called and were looking for someone who doesn't even live here. I call back and complain because they called my house numerous times and my wife says to stop calling. I call and tell them to stop or I WILL take legal action and they say yes sir ok we will handle it. I call my wife back and says his name is Jeff. I call back and the guy doesn't answer the phone, he thinks he is on another line with Judith, whoever that is. I ask, who is speaking, he says WHO IS THIS, he says you called me. I ask for Jeff and he says yea he's an employee and briskly hangs up like a P**SY!  Tried a friendly return call to him and his company, but I guess his tampon is Full!  Bi****s!
