My husband got a call at work saying they had a summons for him if he didn't pay today this is a  scam.

I got a call from this number from a Devon Waters from the State Processing Summons Division regarding a summons for someone with a name like my husband's referencing a case number in Florida. I think this is a scam to get you to pay a non existant summons.

My dad got a call on his cell phone looking for me. We have nothing that is joint, so thats odd.
