Got a courtesy call to update my milo. The update was free but spent almost 20 minutes on the phone with technical support to get it working on my windows Xp computer.

My milo's activating code didn't come with it, and i had to call to get it. And my rep then had to send me an update. Now it works fine.

we called to update and got a fax line. when i called again the automation came on and then we were able to speak with our rep. our placement was put in on the wrong days and we had to tell them to change it. they automate so many features i don't understand why they can't automate the submission process to include run time dates. also they're sending us sample stickers in the mail for our quick connect that they wanna sell us, curious to see what they look like

I spoke with our rep Jo today because we did not have our validation code with our comp Milo. They require an email for the code and I have no idea why, kind of annoying. Regardless, I'm using it finally and I'm pretty happy about it. We have been doing our do diligence to see how it may be, or become a profitable platform for business to advertise. I would really like if we could provide a video placement for the app but I was told not for now.

We got a bill from this company without ever signing up with them or asking them to do any type of work for us. How can that be? We are a small business and can not afford $710.08 for something we don't even know.

We've been getting phone calls that we need to pay our bill. We said we never signed up for anything and did not even know who they where and that they should send us an invoice if we owe them something. Well we got a bill for 710.08. for what I don't know. We never talked to them about anything and don't even know what they do or supposedly have done for us.

I got a call from this number yesterday on my direct office line and called back. No one answered and I got a phone system. Today I got another call back and this time I picked up. Someone was trying to sell a logo re-design to my husbands company. I told the girl we were not interested and we already had a logo we liked. I Haven't heard back since.

I got a call this morning from this number and had no clue who it was. I called back and spoke with a rep about an ad my boss took out on their application. I had no idea what the guy was talking about but my boss showed me the app. The character looks like a Disney animation, certainly not a business management app....lol. Where do these companies come up with these random looks for their software, kinda confusing to say the least!

In any case, they sent us a free copy and it works well.

I got a call back from our rep today after leaving a message over the holidays I was in a meeting at the time so I missed the call. I called back three times before I was able to speak with her. Finally on a third try I got trough She said that until the 7th staffing is limited for the holidays.

In any case I did manage to submit our art, but we were told that it wouldn't go up until mid January! I told her it was our expectation it would have been up immediately and she said they couldn't because of the backlog that was created during the holidays. You can ask for an extension on the terms though, we got 20 days.

It's the number for customer care at Development Solutions, an application development company for businesses. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9-5 EST. Unfortunately the previous poster was correct, there is no support outside of those hours.
