Pay them no mind, they are low life low educated scum attempting to "steal" your money.  They have NO address that way THEY CANNOT BE FOUND. Block their number, file a complaint with the FTC and your AG's office.  Laugh at them and hang up when they call.

These are illegal low life scammers that do not follow any sort of Federal laws.  They are liars and thieves.  DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY.  They low life scum.  Pay them zero mind, hang up on them and then report their illegal a$$ to your local attorney general's office and the FTC.

My elderly grandparents received a call from this number with a "claim number" and needed to speak to me asap. I then called the number only for the person on the other end to mumble what the company name was. This morning I received a message on my answering machine: "This information is intended for ______________________, claim number __________. This is Timothy West contacting you regarding an order that was submitted to my office this morning. I need to verify an address to present you with your formal claim at your residence and place of employment. Miss _______________ you have charges in a claim against you. At this point you have one opportunity to contact the firm handling your claim to discuss this matter. They can be reached at 1-877- 919-4918. Your claim number listed on this order is ______.  Miss ____________________, you have officially been notified." I called the number and gave them my current name (I'm divorced and haven't gone by the name they used for 2 years) They couldn't find a "claim" so I gave them my married last name and they still couldn't seem to pull up any info. The man on the other end of the phone sounded very much like the man on the machine but said there was no "Timothy West" that worked there. I laughed and hung up. Hope this is the last call or I'm handing the phone to my 3 year old and telling her it's Santa!!

these people are highly illegal scammers. FRAUD AND SCAM ALERT

I have gotten calls from scammers like these for years.  They called my work, who is aware of these scammers, as well as calling my number at 7 am, multiple times in a row if I don't pick up, which I consider an harrassing manner.  They leave messages stating things like "we are trying to serve you papers and need to verify your adress, or you can call our clients at 877 919 4918.

I know these are scammers by their tactics.  I have been threatened to be served with papers before, and since I have been served with papers before I know they do not call you ahead of time to schedule a drop point, further proving these are scammers.

The first thing I do when dealing with people like this is to tell them to send me a verification of this debt.  I will not deal with them before they do that.  If they won't give you a mailing address or try to weasel their way out of sending you a verification of this debt they are trying to collect on, they are false and scammers.

Do not fall for their tricks.

Someone name Janis Mays called my ex husband from 702/586/5489 stating she was from a law firm and charges were being filed against me.  She left a case number and said that i needed to call back 877/919/4918 and said i had been notified.  I called the number back and they told me if was for a loan i took out and didnt pay back in 2009.  When she told me the name of the company i informed her that i already paid it back and i do have the paid in full letter.  When I told her please serve me the court papers and i will take that and the paid in full letter and present it in court that was when she gave me attitude.  She said that is exactly what I was  going to have to do and if will be up to the judge if he wants to throw it out or not.  I responded well when he sees that it is already paid Im sure he will throw it out.  she gave me more attitude then said she needed to verify my address and before i could say anything she hung up on me.

Someone named Amanda just called my office demanding to speak with HR.  Since I have been getting these scam phone calls since about 2009, my office is well aware of these idiots that never stop harassing me.  I have yet to be served papers from any of these scammers.  

I called the number back and "Linda" answered.  She told me the other call was a locator service trying to serve me.  She hung up on me several times when I questioned her.  She finally obnoxiously said she would get my file.  I copied down the information she gave me as I have a record of all these calls so I can cross-reference the same "companies" using different numbers.  I started in with the typical "I don't owe this debt and never have," and she slammed the phone down again as she yelled I would get served papers.  I always tell these people to send me documents so I have something in writing to dispute.  Of course, I have received anything EVER.  

I continued to call her back several times, and she kept hanging up on me.  I guess she wanted to try to scam someone else of money.  Please don't pay anyone until you get PROOF you owe a debt.  

An individual who calls herself "Leslie Mayfield"  calls -- caller id reads as Abilene, Texas for the number at first, but she gives this toll free number as a firm that I need to call for getting some 'papers'.
Uh huh.
Anyway, when you call this toll free number, she then answers, now as "Amanda Howard".
And wants to verify the SSN on this, to ensure it's the correct party -- as if any one would call that wasn't??
Regardless, I said I wouldn't give that number on the phone, but papers could be mailed to me.
I asked what address she had for me, and she gave me my street address...but then said she needed to verify the social.  
So I asked her for the last four of her social.
She because exasperated, and irate, and said that if I didn't want to give her any information, then I could just 'go to court'.
I asked her if she knew "Leslie" from Abilene...and she says "whut?"
Whut's that??
I said it's what came up on the caller id the first time I spoke to you, before you called yourself "Amanda".
She says...I don't know whut that is or wheer that is...I be calling from Chicargo!
Alrighty then -- (spellings above are to aid in your understanding of her pronunciation).

They keep calling and harassing me. Stating they were a law coming. When I ask for from Infro, they got smart, then hung up called several times.
