They're scammers. Threatening you this way is a sure sign of illegal activity. And if you can't find anything online about a legitimate company, then absolutely, they are scammers trying to part you from your money for a debt you don't owe.

My mom got a call from Cheryl Edwards looking for me - never mentioned the company name - her office has been obtained due to service of process through my county which she couldn't pronounce. Her constituents and her have discussed my pending legal matter, however before they execute their verdict they want to speak with me and make sure I am fully aware of my legal rights and document my record of intent. 877-957-0770
No where online can I find out who this company is or what they want with me. If anyone can give me this information it would be greatly appreciated.
