I got the same call from a Robin Stewart, from CF Management or something, saying all the same things, but I reported her, the 888 255 9476 number, AND she forgot to *67 to block her cell phone number,  and now I have that. Want to have some fun with them? Push *67 on your phone and call that cell number Or The 888 number and mess with their heads a bit! LOL The cell number that she called from is, 1 470 774 9222. Call the FTC and report it! Call her *67 which blocks your number and see if she gives you a different name,  maybe a real name? They don't like when you give them a dose of their own medicine. They actually told me to stop calling them! I told them I would stop calling them and texting them when they stopped calling me. Hope they finally got the hint.

All, I just started receiving these calls a few days ago.  To work and my private cell phone.  The same threats.  Robin Stewart leaves a message with a claim number, and says she will be serving me at work and residence if i don't respond.  BS.  She has left several messages - idiot to do that.  I have saved them all.  She also says there will be a hearing date, be there or make yourself availabe.  So, I just went on to the FTC website and added this number to my do not call list.  Also, I have filed a complaint with them, detailing everything I just said, as well as googling the number and all of your complaints.

I will keep you posted - the FTC is great at this.  I suggest you all do the same thing in the interim.

Yep I just got the same call but the woman's name was Diane Crawford. I have learned to look up numbers and came across this page. She called from a blocked number and told me to call her back at 888-255-9476 or I will be "hearing from her soon". Ok why call from a blocked number if you are going to give me a number to reach you? Anyway, I will ask her for the validation letter and that will probably be the last time I hear from this place, well, until they get a new number anyway.

Real legal servers do not call you, they will just show up. If this so called person will not give you the name and legal address that is verifiable via google street view, then treat it as a scam op. Thats one of the first clues, second, demand debt validation via the US mail! No validation, they can take a long walk off the short pier!  Wants payment by green dot or similar untraceable card or western union, major red flag!

You will find similar stories to this, under other numbers, dating back many years. You can be sure this scam is not new, and it did not just start. Please take a few minutes and read some of the other number comments. Always a good education against scams.

I got a message form some "Jamie Peterson" telling me she was going to visit my house and work as there is a "civil suit" she plans to serve me with and to be ready in 1 hour with my license in hand. She said I can call 888-255-9476 and left a case number. What is this threatening nonsense?
