Receive calls from this number frequently.  Never answer.

This company called that said they were looking to hire workers to do internet sale orders. They will pay $20 per completed order.  How creepy?  You don't know what your selling?  You don't know the company? You can only call back the number and dial extension 101.  Lame try again for a better scam.

A lady called and said they picked from random phone numbers looking for people to participate in a focus group downtown. There are two session available and we will be paid $90 for the session. I didn't take it as it sounds too good to be true, I mean just sitting there and doing discussion on a topic (I forgot what topic) and you got paid $90? Way too easy money.

They have called in the past but when I picked up no one is there. They called four times within a couple of hours today., I didn't pick up but called back and got the same msg as everyone else. I gave them my phone number and said take it off your call list. This is harassment, they should not be allowed to make numerous calls to the same number over and over!

I never answer these calls however tonight I did and gave them my name.
I pray to god nothing comes out of it. They told me about a research at a particular address in the city where I live
I was debating whether or not to give my name. I felt she gave me quiet a bit of info on herself, Innovated Research,
The address of the meeting 2 phone numbers.  However just got an answering machine. However learned to stick with the micro do not answer calls not recognized. You have to go with your first thought never second guess. What a Sucker I was.

got a call from them the other day; it's a company wanting me to do a quick phone survey, off we go and everything seems to be ok

This annoying call happens at least once a day! No one is ever at the other end...

Called home land line around 6:45.  A scam called Innovative solutions, apparently.  Claimed to be a survey.  Wife told them owners were out of town for weekend and she was just over to feed the dog and take him for a walk.  They wanted to call back tomorrow....:yeah, sure..... Like we want to talk to them. We have Bell Call screening and when I put in the number it told me the number was not available.  This tells us That the number is spoofed.  This is a scam.  Tell them nothing but "goodbye and lose my number".

Then a bunch of bla-bla-bla, still not much of details, and she asked  if I can do a presentation there and also for my name, last name, ext # for tel. at work, email at work ... stop... how can they do not know exact spelling of our domain (our company name) ? ? ?
Who are they then?
And I already give away a bit of information...

Second call in a week from this number, we are on the do not call list but still get tons of these annoying calls,
If Rogers can block these call why cant Telus. Or why wont Telus

I am very upset with these morons.  Why do they have to harrass the elderly on a sunday with three or four of their unbsolicited nuisance phone calls.

Phoned late Sunday night... jerks.. what kind of people have such disrespect...the company should be burned to the ground... and if, as it seems, many businesses are using overseas (eg. East Indian companies) to do their work, then probably even less humanness - we are just a number, not people and families - I guess Sunday nights just are not considered any different from any other night in this internet world we live in.  It would be different if they emailed, but phoning is unacceptable.   I never picked up phone... did *69 found number...

I've been getting these calls for the last several days and they even called today, a Sunday, which I think might be illegal. I blocked the number after getting the first one, but see my call logs, which show this number is still calling almost every day.

This company, whoever they are, call regularly at about the same time. I never answer when I see it is an 888 number. How can I stop this annoying everyday occurrence? I am registered with "Do Not Call" and have been for a couple of years. Is it not illegal for companies to ignore that fact?

A market research firm looking for participants for a discussion group on a product or service (they could not reveal ahead of time what the product or service to be discussed). It was a professional caller who asked if I was interested in participating then asked some questions to check my eligibility to participate. So no big deal, if you're interested in potentially being invited to join a discussion group then answer the call. Otherwise just ignore the call.

Call Display id'd the # so I didn't answer.  Have no idea who the company is other than they're a telemarketer

Called me 3 times this evening, so far, and it does not leave a message.  The call comes from outside North America and could not be blocked.  If this is a legit company, I expect it to tell me who's calling and the reason for the call.

If you own a company, never hire them to do work for you.

Highly unprofessional representatives CLAIMING they were performing a survey on current issues affecting my city.
Upon asking if they maintain an internal DNC list, the woman who sounded like she was probably calling from Pakistan, hung up on me.
If these research companies do not want us to assume they are all scam artists, then they need to act professionally even when challenged by consumers. Let's not forget - they call us, which means they have to accept however we will react. If they only want cooperative people, then they should voluntarily abide by the national DNC list since it's fairly safe to assume that people who have not taken the time to register for that are amenable to receiving those types of call.
This organization fails. They are rude, ineffective and are likely one of the bad ones - only looking to steal information and identities. Shame on them.

Answered the call.  Was a firm doing a survey on the new mountain pipeline proposal.  Survey took about 5 mins.
