I have to agree with you, especially about these loan companies getting onto these sites and making comments like the ones above...I cannot confirm nor deny all these comments, but I do know that it is a common practice.  

I foolishly took out a loan with these people in an emergency, with every intent  to pay it off early...in Nov...the interest is so high, I finally paid them off..in May.
I made all my payments on time, NEVER late, and still, this is how long it took me. Now they are bombarding me with calls and emails ( finally unsubscribed and blocked calls) about taking out another loan, attempting to get me in that cycle you described so well.  NO WAY...I took out a 600.00 loan, and I am embarrassed to say how much I ended up paying back.  Sure you can attempt to pay it off early, but with interests, it is almost impossible., and it comes out every paycheck.
Look, I went in with my eyes wide open...I knew what I was getting into, but it was an emergency, and these companies prey on that, they actually prefer high-risk applicants.  Case in point, my spouse applied for a loan (not high-risk), he was not approved,  I applied for one (high-risk), I was approved.    I will never do it again...ever.   About that rebate....after paying well over 1000.00 back, I got 72.00.  So I agree with your post, if you can find another way...find another way.  It will be in your best interest.  My opinion and my personal experience.

I believe you are a bit confused about the service, this is not like a loan for a car or house. These are for very small amounts needed quickly and actually up to $500 for less that 6% is about the same as the bank.

Despite registering my phone number with the National Do Not Call Registry long ago, I received a call from this number this morning.  I do not answer calls made from blocked callers or from numbers that are unknown to me as they are most often telemarketers or scams.  For those (purported legitimate) businesses who telemarket by calling numbers that are on the DNC list, let me suggest that if you break the law by contacting me in the first place, you have no chance of EVER earning my business for any product or service that you offer regardless of their merits (if any).

If you  need money bad enough, then CashNetUsa is a good company.  They never advertise as a regular loan company and any idiot should read the contact and NOT GET ONE if they can't make the payments....it is absurd to throw stones after you have taken their money.  Of course, they expect it to be paid back.  If you could get it elsewhere and quickly you wouldn't need their services.   Stop whining if you didn't read before you agreed to take their money.   If you need assistance, they are always there.

Cash-Net USA ... Well as payday loans are, well it is legalized loan sharking.  In reading the notes above it sounds like these people are working for them.  How can anyone pay much less afford to pay the high interest rates?  This is a business like many who feeds off of low income people who would have a hard time getting loans and/or credit.  It is like a buy here pay here place to get a car where the interest rate is a minimum of 30%.  A word to the wise, once you start it is very hard to stop.  Places like these makes it easy for you to get money and they do it for a reason ... that is you pay them back on "your" payday plus interest, which means now that you are "X" amount of dollars short for paying other bills if you happen to live paycheck to paycheck.  In short, you keep borrowing money to off set the shortfall.  This goes until all of your pay checks plus some because you will not have enough to "cover" the remaining balance.  By this time you are in trouble with the bank because of overdraft charges, and then you realize that other people are not getting paid like rent, utilities, electric, insurance and so on.  Usually when a person is this far, it is to late and the out come is never any good.  You can get out, but the price you pay is very costly.

I understand they make it sound good, but have you ever heard of the phrase - a wolf in sheep clothing?  As for this business who took the time and tried to tell me I filled out an app, well news to them I didn't and I don't need to do business with companies like these.  This is just a word to the wise.  You can take this or not.  If you can find another way to work out your problem, please do so.  If you choose to go this route, well lets just say you have been warned.

I hate the fact of using payday loans, but with crap credit that I'm working on improving, and an emergency situation, I needed to go there.  Normally I would say HELL NO, as they are total rip offs.  But, I was actually pretty please with this place. They had discount codes so the fees were less and it just really helped me out when I needed it.  I wouldn't make using any payday loan a habit, but if you are going to use one, at least do so with one that isn't going to charge and arm and leg.

Payday loans suck, but if you could go to the bank you would. Actually, CashNetUSA is not as bad as many of these kinds of services. If you pay the full amount it actually isn't too bad--as long as you don't reapply on a monthly basis. Ask for a Promo code, and you could save a few dollars. They do not rollover. Eastside lenders is pretty good as well. They have loaned me money, and not charged me for the month (trust me, they get paid).
