I got a call from Larry Fuller said he worked for Ontario County and would be sending someone to my place of employment to serve me papers but he told me to call 855-376-0214 to get a release of order form. So I called and spoke with Eric Schroeder at ext 440 who states he's with Landmark who says I have a 2 open payday loans (4 pending charges). He was very rude especially after I told him I've never in my entire life had payday loans. They have all my info correct except the last 4 digits of my social. This Eric Schroeder scared me so bad about being arrested and thrown in jail that I caved and set up a payment plan even though I have no idea what this is. I have called the Ontario County Clerk, The Civil office of the Sheriff's department and my attorney now I have to file a police report and I cancelled my debit card. These people won't call you ahead of time and tell you your being served and they WON'T go to your place of employment they will serve you at home if it's legit and if this was a legitimate claim there would of been some sort of notice sent by mail but Landmark refuses to send anything. I almost got scammed but won't fall for this kind of crap again!

I also forgot to add that Ms. Akers advised me the suit was in the amount of $315 NOT the original $786 i was told and that the court dates "weren't real".  When i asked why the amounts varried she stated it was because she was willing to only charge me the smallest amount the company could accept.

I have been receiving calls from this company for 8 months now all saying a "formal complaint" has been filed against my name by a PayDay Loan company Money and More (who I have never used), for $786. They claimed to be from Jefferson County Parish Courthouse and left a case number. I went to the courthouse with the information and was told i had no case against my name nor do they have a record of the odd case number i was given. We contacted every courthouse in the New Orleans area. None of them had any record of this. I told them what i was told and kept exact records of who I spoke with in every courthouse and on every call from Capital Management.  I just got off the phone with a Denise Akers with Capital Management and I told her about the law forbidding a debt collector to block their number and the $500 fee that accompanies each call, as well as the law against them from calling me after I've requested that they stop. Which is also a $500 fee per instance. She said that doesn't pertain to legal representatives. Capital Management IS A DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY! She gave me the company owners name Henry Snipes with phone number 855-889-3098 ext 387 and a tentative court date of Aug 15, 2012. Ms. Akers refused to give me the address of the company which is needed for me to take any legal action. After hanging up with her I contacted Money and More and told them the situation. Their representative and his supervisor both advised me that Capital Management has no affiliation with Money and More and that it is a scam. They suggested I call the police and make a police report.

I received a call message on my voicemail today from a man calling himself Travis Davis. He said he was notifiy me of a "formal complaint" filed against me. He left  a "case number" and everything . He left the
# 1-855-206-5388. When you google the number, nothing comes up. When you call the number it goes to "Capital Management" (which I googled and it came up as a collection agency in NY I think). When no one answered I pressed 0 to reach an operator and it went to the voicemail of HENRY SNIPES (whose name I have seen above). They left no information on WHO has suppossedly filed a complaint against me. I too am glad I googled this, I am tired of being harrassed by scammers. I will report them as well.

I have recieved 3 threatening voicemails from larry fuller stating that they have a judgement agianst me for a debt i paid 3 years ago. for some reason they called my boyfriends moms cell. I called them back and got a company called "prudential" stating i owe $800 for a payday loan. I didnt give them any info but they gave me all the info without me verifing anything. I called FCC and my attonery general, they said this is a new scam. Thank you for voicing your comments also!

They just left me a voice mail also, accusing me of two counts of check fraud and that they want to serve me court papers and if I did not pay the amount due I would be responsible for all court and atty fees.. I called back and got a Henry Snipes who said that was my process server calling looking to serve me.. And that I needed to pay the amount or have to go to court... I looked up my "case" number he gave me with the San Diego Sup court and nothing came up with my name... This is a SCAM!! I am glad I am not the only one that has had this call...

OMG I am so gladI like to google everything. I have received calls from these people also. A Mr. Larry Fuller left a message telling me to stop avoiding his agent because he will not be that nice if he has to leave his office he will catch in the worst possible way that I can imagine. Apparently he wants to serve me for check fraud (?) and trying to cheat some unknown finance company. If this were true wouldn't I have heard from these people over three years ago? When I called the number he directed me to both times I spoke to the same person. When I asked the name of the company, she said Prudential Litigation which I can't find any info on. She would not tell me where they were located and didn't even know the the name of the plaintiff who was trying to serve me, when I kept trying to get info on the company she kept telling me to shut up or she will hang up on me, she eventually did hang up on me.They even called my sister and left a number and case number and told her they wanted me for check fraud, they even spoke with a coworker telling her the same thing. Now is this man a debt collector or a henchman? Someone needs to do something about these people.

got a called yesterday from a lady named Holly Chambers saying I needed to contact this number 888-434-1928 ext 316 and ask for a release form cause she had papers of me being charged for fraud. She first called private and when I called that number it said thank you for calling the office of prudential. tried looking up the number but got no luck. She threatened me with being served also.

Same thing happened.  They haven't called me, but HAVE called family and friends.  I filed bankruptcy a year ago and THEY WERE INCLUDED!  Discharged too.  Super illegal.  Turn them in to the attorney general in your state.

Recieved a call from a restricted number and when I answered it the woman on the other end informed me that she was calling from Yuba County (the county in which I live in) and told me I was in trouble for check fraud and I needed to pay the money or I would be arrested. After I called the number back and was called a theif and screamed at for 5 minutes I hung up and researched the guys name, Henry Snipes. After reading these posts I see that he has done this to many people and his so called "scare tacticts" didnt scare me. I know he is a scam artist and I would appriciate never getting a phone call from him again.

My person's name was Evan Holley...So beware..and the voice mail box was for a mrs.meeks..

I got calls from this place also..I recieved one at my aunt's house and one at my sister's house..I knew it was all a scam..But the scary part is they knew that my aunt was my aunt and my sister was my sister..and I have never used them as references or anything..but when I called back no one answered..so I am glad I read this all..

I got this same phone call today while at work and his name was Steve Anderson.Don't know haow he got my cell number,but gave me a  case number.So when and if I talk to this person I am going to find out how he got my name and number and what the hell he is talking about.Don't have time for scams,have already been through that mess.Thank yall for letting me know that this is all a scam.

I too have received numerous calls from these people at my workplace! threatning with serving me at home or place of business, woman by the name of Morgan asking me to call them at the Legal Dept and give a court number saying that I had been served.  from tel 888-434-6124 .
I am truly tired  and disgusted that these people can continue to harrassment people, especially when they call my place of Business!

Same thing happened to me ~ several years ago I did a loan on the internet "BIG MISTAKE" I paid the money back and now I have these so called litigation people calling and I have the choice of making payments or being served papers for court, and they were very rude and the man they contract out to, to serve the papers said his name is John Adams(how original) he cursed me, threatened me, used the F word and called me a liar, I contacted a very nice man that told me that this was a scam and not to worry about it. He even called John Adams and without even giving his name he was threatened and cursed John Adams treated him in the same way he did me. This is a SCAM and the phone numbers they call from are the following John Adams 704-458-6056, the litigation firm that could not give me any information about there company is called United and I spoke to 2 people one named Mrs. Meeks and the other named Henry Snipes their phone number is 1-888-434-6124 exr 364 the government needs to do something about this but with the shape this country is in I doubt that they will. So if this happens to you make sure you post it so it can save other's from going through what we have had to! - I still have not received any court papers but if I do I will make sure I let ever

Trying to contact our oldest son through us on a debt we KNOW was taken care of years ago.  The woman on the other end, when I refused to cooperate, started calling me racist names and used incredibly foul language.  She threatened me with arrest for "obstruction", which I laughed at.  Said she'd be at my house in 15 minutes with a warrant for my arrest.  I told her I'd be on my front stoop waiting for them with a cup of coffee.

Abusive people, foul mouthed employees who threaten whomever they call.  Should be put out of business.

I got a call from someone who left this number as a return number.  They said they are looking for my Ex husband's wife. Weird thing is, neither of them EVER lived at my home, I am remarried and have a new last name.

I called them back this morning and explained the situation, they got very rude with me, told me "get in touch with here or butt out" and when I said I might contct the sheriff department they hung up on me.

received the same call. Left no reason y they were calling because it wasn't the person they wanted to speak to. the only info they left were he had missed 2 court days(not true) because we have lived at the same address for 4 years and no one have ever served any papers. they did leave a message saying that if he did not get in contact with them today they would issue another warrant. they also called his sister. i also looked for information on this place and found nothing but i am planning on reporting this.

Is this a ligit number? If this is a business representing a business, why aren't they listed in a directory?

Woman calls from united mediation? says i wrote a fraudlent check to a company if i dont call back within the few hours she will send out a sherrif in my area to serve me? I called back she was very rude wont give me many details and wants payment i said go ahead and serve me i have no idea what your talking about and hung up . No one came to serve me and i cant find any information on this place? She called my mothers home and mine.
