this is true, of all collection agencies, this company has the least compaining to be made about  On the contrary, i already had to deal with many collections agencies, and these guys have been the most professional with me.  they take the time to listen and understand our situation.  obviously those who have written comments on them must have blown the many opportunties that were offered to them.  i know they collect for alot of major companies.  if i had a company i would hire Groupe solution collect to collect my money owed.  afterall, why are we btching, we owe the damn money

sad to see how people are misinformed.  they don`t purchase accounts from anyone, they have the mandate to collect monies owed by people to some organzations.

Moi personnellement je suggère a personne de faire affaire avec GROUPE SOLUTION COLLECT. Ils vont même a dire aux gens qui sont pas éduqué, belle façon de communiquer avec ses clients.

This moron keeps calling saying he is collecting for an account have gone to bell.  Nothing is owing for anything!  cannot get him to stop calling its not even my account........help!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received a call from this number, but I don't owe any money.

They are Groupe Solutions Collect in Montreal. 202-560 Henri-Bourassa West. They buy Bell Canada's Accounts recievable. Sent my modem back to Bell after I switched to a better company. Bell said they never recieved it and sent my file to these dogs. I have never been spoken to by anyone in my life like OLYMPIA did to me. They use your credit rating to black mail you into sending them money. They wanted more than bell said I owed them. Don't talk to them if you get a call go to a credit councillor and never deal with Bell Canada. I cancelled every account I had with them and tell everyone about this. Put as much as you can about them on the internet to protect the next poor guy. This is a scam company owned by two people that use to work for NCO.
