I also was told BJC Healthcare wondering when I was going to pay my bill - which I had received in the mail 1 week ago. Absolutely absurd. I'm sure it is an outside collection agency - but to contact someone before they even have time to sit down to pay bills is ridiculous. Even credit cards give you 2-3 weeks time from when you receive the bill and when it's due. I would not go back to BJC because of this!

Call said to call back to 800-567-7800.  Number was disconnected and a web search showed it was probably a spammer number.
I called 888-569-7800 (the number on recent call listing) and said they were BJC Healthcare.  Had surgery there but have not had any billing.  They wanted my address and birth date.  When I said "concerning what" they wouldn't say anything unless I gave them the info.  I told them to send me a letter.

This person may be a liar.

They call me all the time.  I have their ringtone as Silent and in my contact list as Do Not Answer This.  I work for BJC and I do not understand how they can send a bill to collections when they could just contact me thru our work email or something.  I have no idea what they think I owe because I put everything on automatic payroll deduction so they need to get it together.  Geez louise.

Got a call from this number yesterday, I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.
Called them back & they said it was BJC Healthcare.
The lady I talked to said they were an outside billing office. (Collection agency).

A message from this number was left on my answering machine yesterday. Said it was from Boone County Hospital and to call them regarding a personal matter.

This number calls me twice a day pretty much every other day. I ignored them but have recently been answering and saying "stop calling me" and it keeps calling
