FiOS TV upgrade added to my FiOS Internet and Telephone service yesterday, got a call from this number today. So presumably it's Verizon.
Didn't pick up the call (on my mobile) and didn't get any voicemail.

I had FIOS installed yesterday and today the same as you, three calls with one second voicemails! I'm working, clearly. This is exactly why automated calls are useless!!

DId not leave a message. I called back. It is Verizon. I don't understand why these companies do not id themselves on caller id.

OK to answer this call. It's from Verizon with an automated service rating call. I decided to pick up when they called back, and that's all it was. Very short feedback report. I do have FiOS, and did have a service call the day before.

I had Verizon FIOS installed and got this call next day. However it was 58 seconds of horrible hum and static left as a message. Guess I will try to call them back.

This is really annoying! I had Verizon FIOS installed yesterday. This number has called 3 times today and no message. Ummm... I'M WORKING and on conference calls all day long!!!!
