We think they maybe associated with Grantsforcitizens.org. My husband had ordered a $2 package from them and then looked through some 14 day free trial thing. It hasn't been 14 days yet. There is no answer at their number so we have listed our debit card numbers as stolen and have had our checking account number changed. We cannot do anything about the charge until it officially posts to our checking account but we will be disputing this charge.

This phone number showed up on my bank online account and took $9.95 and $39.95.  I have no idea who this is.

This is a scam.  I had to cancel my husbands credit card, who was ordering a grant kit for work.  Unbelievable.  Were not cooperative on the phone at all.  I asked for a manager and I swear the same person came back on the line.  I asked her what kind of company they were or what service they provided and she wouldn't answer me.  Acted as if the phone was breaking up.  I am so pissed.  Times are hard for all of us, and they are stealing money.  Again, unbelievable.

We all have been ripped off that is what is happening, I did ask for a kit to be sent to me for 1.95.The caller mario, said that would be all Iwould be charged, so I could get a wheelchair ramp or anything else I needed.
I was charged 39.95 on my credit card some 6 days later they took off another 39.95. they said they didn't charge it to my acct, I called 3 times, the first girl just gave me the run around sayinf it was a monthly charge, I said fine what am I paying for I haven't received any information on this supposed grant. She said she would send out another packet. I said no I never received the first one and she said they don't have record showing they charged my acct, I said well I do. She asked what she would like me to do. I said I want a refund, for my money,  she said she doesn't have record so there for she can't it's a monthly charge, we went the rounds, she hung up on me. I called back,the same thing with the next person, Eugene. I asked to speak with his supervisor, which he said their are no supervisors here, I ended up speaking with a third party named Josh who said he would look over my statement and get back to me, he did give me a fax # of 801-225-5080. I saw all the complaints everyone was making I feel pretty dumb to get scammed like this but, I do feel better Alittle that I am not the only o ne.By the way for anyonewho needs the phone number I had is 866-279-0347.I  hope you have better luck than I did. I will follow up on this, I will not let it go.It isn't right to scam people no matter what their situation.By the way I first saw their website and then when they, gave me my login information, their was no website for what they said. next they gave me a completely different website and supposed log info, I couldn;t find that one either, that is when I called them after checking with my credit card company to make sure it really was them.this is just plain wrong to do to people.

Call your bank &/or credit card company & have your bank account number changed or have a new number issued for your credit card. That's the only way to stop these charges from continuing. It is a major pain but the only way to get the charges to stop. My credit card company said that I will be held responsible for all 5 charges to my card but there will be NO more from today forward. I also called the phone numbers associated with each charge & was on hold waiting for the next available rep. Each call lasted at least 30 min's with NO success at speaking to anyone. I have better things to do with my time then sit on hold. Good luck to everyone & stopping this from continuing to you.

They took money from my account three seprate times without my permission and the phone number they have listed 888-766-8352 doesn't allow you to talk to anyone or do anything but sit on hold.

I paid 1.95 for shipping on a free grant kit and on my bank statement they charged the 1.95 and five days later charged 39.95.

i called no answer, on 1st number and then couls not be completed.  I called my visa company and told them they were not authorized and will not be liable.  They have to cancel your card.

they ahave also taken money from  my account and with no sucess in reaching them .. the number on the bank statment is crap ...........a dead end . what to do now ??????????ant thoughts??

this number corresponds to the company Ebay Success Systems. I purchased an Ebay starter kit from them with the idea of only being billed like 2.500. instead, i was billed 40.27for the kit because they said it was only a 14 day trial period. Well, i never even received the kit and i was still billed. I called the 888 number and it was a bogus number. I actually found a 800 number that will get you to them. But, expect to wait on hold for 15 - 20 minutes before a middle-eastern accented person answers the phone. That number is 800-809-8529. I hope this helps someone out there.

We also did not authorize this charge and will be disputing it with our bank.

They took money out of my account on three separate occasions and I did NOT order anything from them!  I am now paying international fees for something I do not what it is about.  I did NOT order anything from these people.

The problem is that they work with the credit card companies,because credit card company refuse to give me any refund as well!

I was taken for $69.95 on my debit account.  I did speak to a person at the 800 number and was given both a refund code and cancellation code and was supposed to be refunded in 3-5 days; that was November 12.  It is now November 30 and I can't get through on the 800 number and there is now no website to go to.  Can anyone help?

I got nabbed by "GoogleProfits.com" for a $1.99 CD then two weeks later $47.50 from my account!!! I called the number on the charge and after 45 minutes never got anyone. I went back to the website and used the "login" information provided after the online purchase for the CD and it had a phone number, which doesn't work.

See my previous reply regarding where things are at. I'm still waiting to hear back from my bank or Visa regarding the $47.50 charge.

If you used a credit card, call them to file a dispute.

If you used a visa/mastercard debit card, print all documentation and go to your bank with the information. They can file a dispute with the credit card company.

I got taken for $47.50. I went to my bank to put on a stop payment but since it was a Visa debit card they can't put on a stop payment. When I asked if that would mean I would have to close my account to keep this from happening every month, they said that wouldn't work either since they would take the account to a zero balance and if nothing came through in 30 days the account would then be closed, but if something DID come through, it would pay out and take my account negative (with an overdraft charge to boot) and my account still wouldn't be closed! Crazy!!!

Going through bank to get my money back.  I did speak with Samantha at 877-402-2671, she canceled everything out and said she would put the money back into my acct.
The bank has already canceled my card, sending a new one.  I have to write a dispute letter to do the rest.

I also purchased a grant package from this company and the original lady named Sophia told me if I wish to cancell I needed to called before the 3 day. I checked out the website and seen no need to be a member so I called the phone number 1-866-317-9622. It took 20 minutes to receive a representative. I talked to a lady nemed Annie that was very helpful. I called with-in the 3-day period and she cancelled any and all meberships or subscritions. I even received a confirmation number and her employee number. We will see if it was cancelled or not. I will repost if it was'nt.

They investigated andnd i did get my money back.

Fortunately the government does help. They go after these people and in the meantime your bank is insured against scams like these that were not authorised by you, me and the next person. Go to your bank, ignore these people as it will only drive you crazy, as it did me for a few minutes before I followe procedure and got my money back. But do it fast.

Go to the bank, same as mine, they will help you and get your money back,as they did mine in less than 24 hrs.
FIRST THING TO DO PEOPLE...CANCEL YOUR CARD AND GO TO YOUR BANK.
The longer you sit and wait, the more time they have to take more of your money

This happened to me and they had taken money out of my account for over a month. Srarted with $1.90 and then took $39.95 and then tookdifferent amounts out every week, totalling over $100.00! I went to my bank, stopped my card for a new one with different number and filled in forms to recoup my loss. The bank also referred me to a goverment agency who took my complaint. Evidently these people are hitting wherever they can. So, watch your checking accounts very carefully. Access every day and keep an eye on it to report it as soon as you can. Change the bank cards you have now. Inconvenient? Yes, but I had my money refunded in less than 24 hours.

We just checked our credit card and found the same thing. My husband ordered the EBay Success system for $39.95, then they charged us another $9.95 two weeks later. We are disputing the charges.
