I received a call from this number and they asked me if i wanted to save money on my processing. I spoke to a sales rep named Mario and we had a long discussion about my pos system. Unfortunately i wasn`t able to sign up with them due to the fact that i have an integrated system but at least he opened up my eyes about my bill and I got my current company to lower my rates. Even though i`m not a big fan of people phoning me and trying to sell me something im still thankful that they helped me realise that i could save money. So my opinion remains positive of that company.

These guys keep calling me once a week. I spoke to a gentlemen over there named Dimitri, He is a nice guy and I told him politely that I do not want to do business. He was kind about it and took me off his calling list and we never got another call again . Very proffessional !!!

I don't know what the fuss is all about. This company called me multiple times and have been very nice to me throughout our chat. I did not accept their services however due to the fact that pivotal payments is charging me a $9000 cancellation fee!! Or else however i would be doing business with them for sure. They were saving me over $500 per month and even offered me 6 months free on the terminal. If it wasn't for Pivotal Payments' very high cancellation cost i would sign up with these guys right away! Very professional

I wouldn't do business with this bunch if it was FREE - very rude reps on the phone trying to get business.
Yeah, that should do it eh? be rude to the people who pass along the messages LOL

I will be informing ALL the motels/Hotels and businesses that we deal with or come in contact with, or who are on my mailing list...NOT to do business with these people.

Received call asking for the owner. I responded that the owner wasn't available. He then asked if we took credit cards. When I inquired what he would be paying for with the credit card, he replied what do you think - your services! Informed me that he didn't like speaking to me and would call the owner next week.

I got a very uneasy feeling about the call and recorded the phone number before he hung up.

called twice asking for the owner by name or whoever controls the merchant accoutns and he is not available so I told him that and I asked if I could take a message, he didn't want that. I asked if its regarding a current account and he said "Of course it is! I will try again on Monday then! And hung up....ug

Received call from 888-893-1901 asking for the owner, I told him that I am the owner. The person then said: I wont take much of your time and I responded : no you won't ,he then said your a real joker and hung up on me.

I just received a phone call from 888-839-1901 and the male on the line asked for "Wes" to which I told him that we do not have a Wes working for us. He then said "Let me correct myself, may I speak to the owner" and I said the owner is not in the office however I would be glad to take a message and his response was "Wow! you must be blonde!" then I hung up on him.


Do not ever call our office again.
