NCO - bottom of the barrel collection agency that tries to collect on past statute of limitations debt. They don't care who they reach, so don't bother answering. It doesn't matter if the person they're looking for is dead, someone you've never heard of, the person who previously lived at your address or had your phone number, you just happen to have the same name, or any other situation that does not involve you. They just want a warm body to try to intimidate. They've been calling us for over 10 years claiming my husband has an Amoco debt from 1980! He didn't have an Amoco acct until 1986 and we eventually closed it, do to lack of use, once debit cards became common. Still the harassment continues...
