When the machine picked up caller hung up.

I get calls repeatedly from this number for some guy named Roy Sachs? I've called them 11 times and now just talked to someone named Jim Johnson who is undoubtedly working his way through night school as a part time 'collector' of some sort. They cant seem to comprehend they are calling a cell# that we recently got..AT&T recycles numbers and apparently we got the number from some one who didnt bother to pay their phone bill either. This EVANS-LAW must be desperate for collectors; this place sounds like the equivalent of a puppymill except with 'collectors'. Likely they buy 3rd party charge-offs and attempt to collect their investment (you can buy 3rd party paper cheap).  Good luck with that....Um,, if you need a REAL skiptracer, Evans Law, let me know.....you know where to find me, just call for Roy Sachs...

Got a call on my voicemail from this firm last week when I was out of town, called and spoke with a man. They have an account placed there from hsbc that I used to have. I advised him that I was going through a divorce at the time and got behind on my bills. Worked out a settlement with them to get this taken care of. They immediately sent me a letter via e-mail with the arrangement. No problem on my end, seemed alot better than working with debt collectors. Very simpathetic to my situation. A+ for professioalism.

They are currently garnishing my wages.  They obtained a judgment about a year ago on me and when i started my new job i noticed money being deducted from my check.  When i talked to my hr dept they gave me this number and i called and spoke with this firm.  They are going to let me settle the debt for less though!!

They are legit...they called me on a Chase account i opened years ago.  I work construction and when the home market crashed i lost work.  I called Chase to make sure everything was legit here and they referred me back to Evans Law.   I spoke with a female who was also very nice to work with.  Gave me some tips on getting my credit back on track too!!   Overall very satisfied with the way they handled everything.  Now only if they could help me out with $$$ owed to me from my ex for child support.  Anyone know any good attorney in the Atlanta area that handle this area of law??

I got home from work on wed and was greated by a gentelman that delivered me some paperwork from this company. I verified downtown that they did in fact file some paper in regards to a debt that I owe. They tried calling me a few weeks ago and I igored their calls. I called and worked out an arrangement with them on thursday morning, they were very understanding of my sitution and did not try to force me into somethig I couldnt do. I got a phone message from this company stating I was named in a file in there office.. I called them and spoke with a very pleasant guy and it was in regards to my Best Buy Mastercard that I had to stop paying last year because of a loss of a job.. They sent me an e-mail with all of the account info and a settlement, I totally fogot about it. Does anyone have info on evans law firm? It seems legit.. I just want to make sure.. - Tim in Florida
