To the person or persons harrasing the people i care about the most.We all have experienced times in our lives that our debt has exided our ability to pay. For me the time is now,with this said I must warn that the tactics of your collection for me have crossed the line,so anyattempt by your company to collect alledged monies owed will require court action.I would suggest this approach for anyone under similar circumstance.

Just received a call, the guy said he needed my address to serve me with papers. When asking what it was for he told me to call BMG Lititations at 888-861-2690, and gave a supposed court case number.
The guy that called had his phone number blocked.
The 888 number is listed on the web as Palo Pinto Flower Shop.

This is a scam number and they say thay will be at your house to sign some subpoena. I have been waitng Mike Brown to come and meet my pitbull but he has not showed up yet. He called again and now he is Derryl Lamar. This is so hilarious because my pitbull is eager to meet him. Anyway, this is a scam and you can opt to block the number. If you can't block the number, send an email to the FCC to investigate Lamar, Tyron, Derrell or whatever his name is. It is so funny to see what the economy does to internet beggars. By the way Derryl, you never show up to sign papers and that is why we have a court system.

It's a scam, it is a black guy calling. He will leave a message that his name is Terrel Mar but two weeks ago he was Mike Brown. Funny, next time he will be Tyron Malone. It is a SCAM, do not fall for it. The number 888-861-2690 should be blocked from your phone. If you have time, send them to the FCC for investigation.

a purported process server saying that I have a subpoena to appear in court. I don't have any financial obligation that has been unmet. I wonder what this is about. He does not want to give me any details except that it is from BMG and that I need to be around when they serve papers.

They called me. Supposedly a process server (to appear in court) who gave me a number to call from the company issuing the complaint. Wrong person.
