These guys kept calling me but their number was blocked so I din't answer. SInce their was a death in my family recently, I finally picked up just in case it was something related to the funeral services.  It turned out to be some guy claiming to be from a court house located in a county where I don't reside. That tipped me off that the call was bogus as I had never resided in that county. He was rude and threatening so I promptly hung up on him; then he turned around and began to harras one of my relatives who lives in another state. She forwarded his message to me and this time they provided a phone# that Google shows to be some kind of telemarketing agency. Just to be on the safe side their infomation was forwarded to my local police dept for investigations. I have worked in collections before and what they did was completly illegal and would by default cancel any alleged claims they may have (which there aren't in my case). It called 3rd party disclosure and according to they guidelines set forth by the FTC it automatically voids any alleged claim. If these guys contact you just hang up and call the police. Or file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

I received a call from David asking for someone else. Demanding I give the message within two hours. Gave a case number which doesn't exist in our county. When told him about the wrong case number, then said it was a mistake that it was a docket number. Wrong number again. Number doesn't exist in any of the courts. What he doesn't know is that I work for the court system.
David is a con-artist working for a telemarketer. There are several Davids around trying to make a buck. If you get a call from him, hang up or try to fool him the same way.

Got a call, said i was being served but wouldnt tell me who from or anything, very mysterious. I would like to pay anything i owe, but these people are crazy.

My mother just got a call asking for my brother, who has not lived with my parents for over 13 yrs.  They told my elderly and sick mother that it was urgent.  The young lady (as my mother put it) told my mother that she needed to contact my brother within the next two hours.  When my mom told her she didn't know if she was going to be able to contact him within the next 2 hrs she was told "don't know what you need to do" but that my mom needed to contact my brother so they could deliver some paper work to him.  To get an address that they could go to.  Luckily, my mother doesn't know my brothers address, so she called me to tell me about this call.  When I called the number they left, it turns out to be the Corporate Offices of the Colonial Asset Management Company.

Stephen,   hows  Kevin,   kyle, crystal,  David,  and the rest of the Bollywood boiler Room Gang?  And did you lose your Caps Lock key on the floor again?  I can always tell when the Bollywood Boys are calling,   The background music sounds like  cats being tortured...

I got a call from a courier service claiming that 888-960-6293 is supposedly a legal firm called Colonial Legal.

Called my cell
