Daily calls about someone to do with credit. Says press 2 to be taken off list but of course that doesn't work.very annoying. Want it to stop

in the last couple of weeks this number has come up on my caller id and i wasn't home anytime they called and out of curiosity i called the number back and it said the number was disconnected...go figure................gggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Made a complaint to the CRTC....about this number 902-929-2254.
Call the CRTC and make the complaints....they need time and date of call......their phone number is: 1-866-580-3625 .
The more complaints  they receive the better they will act to stop these people.

I had two missed calls today from this number. I'm glad my phone was on silent and I didn't answer!

They keep calling.
I picked up today and said hello twice, a recording said "thank you," and then everything went silent.

If has been calling me everyday.  I guess the DNCL is not working

They call every day and leave the same message - so annoying.  Obviously the DNC list is worthless because we get unsolicited calls such as these all of the time.

Yes, we have received several calls from this number with the same dumb recording about debt. We're also on the DNC list for all the good it seems to do. How are these jerks able to get around it?  Thank heavens I have call display so I don't race for the phone when I hear this number.

Just called again, and I spoke to a very agressive A**hole. I asked how he can call when I'm on the DNC list, and he said I made a selection, so that gets around it. I was adamant as to how he can telemarket me, and he hung up.

THIS NUMBER CONTINUES TO BE USED ON SEPTEMBER 8, 2012, EVEN THOUGH IT IS OUT OF SERVICE.   I THINK IT IS NOW BEING USED BY SOMEONE SIMPLY FOR HARRASSMENT.  NEITHER BELL ALIANT NOR THE RCMP CLAIM THEY CAN STOP SOMEONE FROM USING THE NUMBER

i must have gotten at least 10 calls calls from 1-902-929-2254 in the last 6 months and always press to be taken from their list but it does work .i just got another a few minutes ago from the same number .has anyone from this site gotten rid of these calls.if so hopw did you do it? louis

I see that this number has had complaints for many months. Why can't technology prevent these #$#$%% scum from calling? !    Twice today.  No sense wasting my time reporting it because nothing is ever done.

Same as all of the above. The same people have been calling using different numbers. Spoofing local and long distance area codes/numbers - would love to send a EMP down the line to these buggers.

Just got a call from that number and pressed 2 to be taken off list but that doesn't work. I have no debt but these idiots keep calling.
It seems DNCL, and to the PhoneBuster can't do anything either as that complaint was back in April and now it's August and the calls keep coming.

Caller degenerated into profanity when I forcefully asked to be taken off call list.

He then threatened to call back every day.

Received call from this number while on another call, clicked over an got no response canada411.com lists as William Harvey from Englishtown.

Same message, $10000.00

Received same call from telemarketer... Reduce credit card debt, they left a voice mail.

I have gitten this call repeatedly and chosen the remove from list 4 times to no avail. Last time I chose 1 to talk to them. When I probed for information and told them I was reporting them to the do not call list, the "gentleman" stated "look forward to 2 more years of calls" then hung up. When I try to call the number back it has been temporarily disconnected.

An important message for Canadians. Do you have more than $10,000 in credit card debt? These scammers have used this number before.

Credit card scammers...they are the same people that called here using a 250, 516, 983 and now a 902 area code. So much for the Do Not Call list...another useless gov't effort
