Called and left an 866 number for a return call.  Said it was about an unpaid bill.  I'll ignore it.

Keep getting calls from this West Asset Management claiming my husband has an outstanding debt of $85.00 dollars for an emergency room visit from 8 years ago. Have been dealing with this for a year now telling them to fax me or email the bill as my husband was never seen in the Hospital they are claiming it was for and that i would have remebered an emergency room visit. Also let them know i have contacted the hospital and they can not supply me with the bill either. Basically told them until i see a bill their not getting paid. They told me they would keep calling every 7 to 10 days told them fine my vm gets lonely when no one calls!!

Claimed phony debt from non existant hospital and asked for credit card number. Claimed debt was from six years ago.
I said no thank you, I'm not buying anything today.

Recorded message claimed to be "West Asset Management" a debt collection agency, asked me to call back ASAP, call came in at 4:59 PM, I called them back as instructed at 866-882-5879 and heard a message that they're closed after 5:00 PM, so I'll try again tomorrow.
But I'm not giving any personal info...

Received same phone call.

Calls with no one there or leaves messages about an erroneous debt.  Ask for personal info. when I called the 903 number & told me I wasn't co-operating.  I only ask them to provide conclusive proof via US Mail that I owed this debt.  Told me the calls wouldn't stop.

Calls at various times of the day nearly every day, but never leaves a phone message on voice mail.

I called the number Catriona posted (877-370-8739) and let them know that the name they're looking for is not associated with my wife's cell phone. They said they'd mark it as bad and apologized.

they call all the time and I have told them the person they are looking for does not live at this number, they still continue to call

Harassing calls from West Asset Mgmt about a bill I don't owe

They called with an automated message telling me that it was a debt collection call, not listing a name, but that I should call "West Asset Management" back at 877-370-8739.

When I called back a very pleasant woman answered and I explained that I'd been told to call back the number. She asked if I was a certain person, when I said, "No, but we've been getting a lot of different calls for them I think they used to have this number," she said, "Okay, I'll mark this number as "bad" in our records and you shouldn't get any more calls from us at least."
