Indian recruiter scam

Indian called for 3 co-workers today.  Calls back with different name each time.  Calls over and over. One day called 25 times, just sitting there and dialing my number again, so I could not take anyone else's call.

Don't answer the phone if you do play games with him he goes by mike Anderson and Brian he is a payday system hacker for online 3rd party he is a scammer laugh at him in talk really bad to him ...

is calling my work place,  told them numerous times not to call here.  they don't understand english language.  can't speak it either.  are annoying as hell.  same thing.  told me that they have my social security and they were going to arrest me. they also call me on my cell at 07:00 am several times per week.  bunch of a--holes....

This phone number called today starting at 7am. Finally I answered and a man in an Indian accent told me that I was being sued, couldn't tell me why until he transferred me to another person. I hung up the phone and he has called my phone at least 10 more times today.

got a  call from this #, similar stories .. name used is James Cooper, they called me at work nonstop and and have no respect and no care in the world that they calling me at my work.. I do believe he uses numerous #s.. cause i have 10+ #s that call my phone.. and the voice on the voicemails that left on my phone sounds like the same person.... here are some #s that been calling my phone 9045844791, 8882072736, 8184750787, 5165027648, 8883871419, 2132936072, 3476376463, 8667276488, 3476825113, 3128785579, i called them once but its kinda waste my time, cause all they do is acting dumb, and hangs up on u when u ask questions, so i just ignore their calls... they said that my ss# and driver licence is under investigations blah blah blah.. they use work names like 'Federal government.. Legal authorities... Crosby law firm.. etc' I guess to scare u.. I guess some of this calls come from after u apply for an online loan, so be careful with that.. I did apply for a loan but never take it, cause I didnt want to give them my checking acct #.... thank God I didnt.....

I just got a call from someone named Brian claiming that my name and SSN was tied to some criminal charges.  I have tried to call back but I can't get him on the line.

I just got the same call at work they are calling leads from Payday / I inqured about a payday loan
got turned off because the fees are silly!
But I  received in 1 week  a 1000 emails/ Think of it they have access to emails and phn #s.
Why can't theses guys be stopped?

Truth is many people are falling for this scam or they would not be in business!

I received phone calls from this # at home and work. Same as others say; they left messages at on my job voice mail that criminal charges have been filed against me very serious matter, caller with heavy international accent (Brian Taylor or William) I refuse to speak to these people sounds like fraud. Dont take these guys seriously they have no morals or respect for people lives.

ok so there f*cktards called my phone and then called my sisters phone and told her i was going to jail.  then proceeded to call my phone 14 times with in 5 mins.  finally i didnt answer so they left a message.  i went online and blocked them.  they wanted my info so that they could file a law suit against me lmao...

A gent named Brian called me today at work, very heavy Indian accent and asked that I call back when I break.  So I did after installing a phone call recorder on my droid phone.  I told William (who answered the phone and decided to speak with me, still sounded like Brian did originally) I was recording the call.  He proceeded to tell me that I owed money for a payday loan.  I kept repeating that I needed something in writing to verify the debt as my records showed that I did not owe any payday loan company.  He got a supervisor, named Christian (again still sounded like William/Brian) who again repeated that I was going to have a lawsuit against me because of an unpaid payday loan.  I again repeated the need for something in writing.  Supposedly this "in writing" will be sent to my email although they never verified my email.  Call took around 9 minutes of waiting and transferring with about 4 of those minutes being actually talking.  Looked them up and they come up on all sorts of "Scam or Rip-off Reports".

I am also getting calls from this number...they said they will block my SS# if I don't give them $6,000.00.  They have called me over 70 times, work and cell phone.....I am so frustrated and can't seem to get them to stop.

This number has called numerous times, looking for a friend of mine.  This friend apparently put me down as a reference for a loan, I did not approve nor sign or talk to anyone ahead of time.  They called me roughly 6 times now, after I gave them his number and told them that I was not involved and did not want to receive any more calls in regards to this because I did not give permition to put my name down.  They were warned about abusing the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act numerous times, and told me to have my lawyer contact them, because I was now involved and in trouble.  They told me my friend owed a lot of money and was in a lot of trouble and that I am responsible for helping them.  I am currently getting in contact with the Attorney General's Office to file a complaint and will be talking to an attorney in my office. (I work at a lawfirm, and I informed them of that also).  Good Collection Agency.  You just pissed off the wrong person.

I got a phone call this morning from the same phone number. The guy on the other end said he was an attorney. When I told him to fax me the company letterhead, he hung up. I called back and asked to speak to the supervisor. I was transferred to another guy. When I asked to have a company letterhead faxed to me, I was again hung up on. They picked the wrong guy to call because now I am all over it.

This number calledme tonight and left a message. The person stated that he was from some law office. They stated my social security number and claiimed that there was some kind of action against my name and social. Also, If I did not return there call that my social securty would be blocked. I do not appreciate being called with such nonsense. Plus if they really wanted a return call they should have a person that can speak proper english, and they can be understood. Must be another scammer using a different number.
