I got a check in the mail from Restaurants Unlimited Inc with the number 1-905-399-4038 or 1-905-462-1736 that included a very very real looking check and it is a scam. I learned the hard way. The company is real but the 905 phone number is to a non existing company that is conducting the scam. Beware. Debbie

okay, we received a letter with a check that looked very very very real. I searched all over the internet looking for the name of this company... HOMESIGHT MYSTERY SHOPPERS. I seached the phone number, address, and anything else that would give me a clue if this was a scam or not. Finally, I read on the US postal service's website that if you think it's a scam you should call the bank on the check. So I did call US Bank. When I explained my situation to the lady on the phone from US Bank's central office, she asked what is the name of the company. After I told her, she immediately said YES, that is a scam. She did not hesitate. She is an employee of the bank and she confirmed that it was a scam. I hope that helps anyone out there.
