Paralegals don't have a real regulatory body. Anyone on earth can call themselves a paralegal. My brother is on cellular only and he has never received a Duct Cleaning call.

on MarketPlace one woman did that and they were a no show. Another time, they found the hidden camera's and took off saying they did a great job. NOT. Google Market Place on CBC.ca and see what happens.

These guys are actually in Karatchi Pakistan. Market Place on CBC is an expose on them. If you want to piss em off, start insulting the Prophet Mohammed. It won't stop the phone calls, but it might make them as irate as the people they are calling.

I know who they are, and more specifically, the culprit who makes the threats.  Expect less calls from this company soon.

They call almost every other day.  CRTC needs to do something. Our canadian govt. needs to act to stop these kind of calls. This Air Duct company uses different numbers every day.

Tried CRTC many times does not work. Duct cleaning has called a min. of 20 times so far.

Have had calls from Air Duct Cleaners too frequently to count - daily and sometimes even twice a day in March,  April and May.  Sometimes when one asks them to stop, they hang up.  Sometimes when they give me a phone number it is fraudulent.  Today it actually worked and I was assured that they would not call me again.  This is harassment.  Always with a strong Indian accent.

They are using a new number 416-558-9982 and they actually knew I was on a no call list. Told them I recorded the call they hung up quick.

Won't do you any good.  The head of them all is a dis-barred Paralegal who also owns a Duct Cleaning company. and a Loan/Mortgage company where I think many of the call are coming from.   He also has a deep connection to Bell Canada and can access they records that is how he knows who everyone is and where they live.

Calls around 5-6 pm every few days. I am also on the NCL and in the phone book. Feel like just cancel with bell (home line) and stick with my cell phone. Can people confirm they have home lines... i think a cell phone is the only answer to get this kind of calls stop.

The way to solve this problem is to find the LOCAL company that is using this Indian call service to get business.  They're certainly not getting into a plane for $115 to come out and clean your ducts.

I received a call from this number twice in a day. Same guy both times insisting that my ex-husband told them to call me because I needed my ducts cleaned. He constantly interrupted and was extremely rude. When I called my ex he said that they had also called him and insisted that I told them to. He claimed to be from a company called ductcleaners.ca (it doesn't exist) and when I asked for the company's address and phone number he said I didn't have a right to it. The third time they called it was a different guy claiming to be "Matt Morrison" and brow beat me with the same story about my ex husband and how he was behind this. Then he started flirting to the point of being creepy. Also, if you check in google or canada411, my name is not associated with my phone number. No telemarketer calling my home has ever asked for me by name, but these guys did. I would also suspect that they're trying to get into your home and case out your belongings. I wish these "people" would be found and put out of their misery.

I have had calls from this same company, based in Toronto, almost every week for over 12 months now!!  I am sick of telling the guys - all with strong East Indian accents that I cannot understand - that I do not want my ducts cleaned, and take me off their list.  They promise to do so, but the next week they call again.  I have reported them to Bell; tried to block them; tried to trace them; no luck.

I've been transferred to the 'manager' several times, and he's been very apologetic, promised not to phone again, but guess what?  The very next week the company calls again.  This is harassment.  Unfortunately, I cannot get the exact name of the company....  I think it is Phe Air Duct Cleaning Services......

So guess what I've done?  Accepted their very good rate of $150 cash; they are coming to my house on March 3.  I am going to have the Police waiting for them when they arrive.

My wife got a call today... and last thursday... same thing. In 2011 they called twice a month. We ask to be removed from their call list, but nothing happens. Filed at complaint with the Do Not Call List finally. Man they are annoying.

No thanks, I don't need a call blocker.  These calls may be annoying, but I do rather enjoy blowing off some steam on these clowns.  It's not like I have any reason to treat them with a shred of decency, so I really let loose on them.

Fresh air Duct cleanning is run by a mad nut by the name of Nuashad Lloyd Wijeratna a Sri Lankan hiring Indians for telemarketing who was staying in Markham and because of all these illigal comitments he vanished all of a sudden after cheating money from some of his friends and associates and now in Ottawa and planning to buy a land in Ajex and also changed his duct cleanning service to "Lloyds Duct and Carpet Cleanning".His New Mobile is 647 785 1950.

These clowns have been harrassing me for months, 8 calls this week alone.  I've threatened them with a harrassment lawsuit, told them I'm filing a complaint, nothing, they keep calling.  They refuse to give a company name or phone number, all I've managed to pull out of them is Air Duct Cleaning Services and an India call center number 905-416-9678.  Whenever I push them, letting them know that I know it's a fake company name, they just hang up.  I've started screaming at them and using a whistle, I'm going to get an airhorn to blow into the receiver.  I'm pondering booking an appointment and greeting the guy with court papers.

Add me to the list . . . . not the call list, but the list of the number of people that get called 3 or 4 time a week wanting me to sign up for duct cleaning. I too have tried all the things others have done to stop it but to no avail. I was hoping the DNC list would have helped but . . . . waiting the phone is ring . . . . duct cleaning, why yes I'm interested . . . very interested . . .

Just got a call from Air Duct Cleaning Services - which I have been receiving for the last 2 weeks and at least every other day.  I have done as most of the other posters - hung up, threatened with calling police or CRTC, take me off your call list -- nothing works.  This is the same guy - every staticy line and not very good English -- he wont take no for an answer and calls a day or two later.
I just called the CRTC - and they acknowledge the Air Duct companies are on their radar but it will take some time.  Our complaints got a good fine for Bell Canada and year or so ago -- keep calling the CRTC and lets get this company stopped.
