Casey just called my mothers house asking for me, my mom said I wasn't there but that she could take a messge & "Casey" gave her name and number and told my mom that she BETTER give me the message and that I BETTER call her back when I get it....REALLY????? If this is Providence, like some of these posts say, they need to get a new collection agency, but honestly, I can't recall having any debt with any doctor or hopital.

I just received a call from casy didnt know this person or number so i looked it up thanks to everyone for the heads up glad i deceided to look this up to all collectors its easier to catch bees with honey than vinergar try a little professionalism it may get you somewhere thanks again.

Casey called my work too and left a voicemail to return her call.  Luckily its after hours and i got her voicemail but then decided to look up the number since the message was suspiciously missing a company name or reason for calling.  I didn't leave a return message.  Thanks for the heads up on this mess everyone!

If you tell a bill collector not to call you at work, legally they can't...and they are only allowed to call once a day.

Got a call from Casey, previous Chris kept calling me.  I wish I would have read these posts before I called her back.  Told her I would have to get back to her hung up.  I am sure she will call again.  Chris was so rude when she used to call me that I stopped taking her calls, now I guess I have been assigned to Casey.  One bill is six years old and I had a conflict with that bill, Chris didn't care. It will drop off my credit report in early 2014.  What they don't tell you is that these bills are already on your collection report as bad debt.

These people make a % fo what they collect.  The other bill, I never received anything in the mail from that company and so I am not even going to adddress that with her.  If it get turned over to collection without even knowing you owed anything in the first place is bogus.

Just got a call from Casey.  I so appreciate all these messages.  I will definitely NOT be returning her call.

I just got a call from a Blocked number, (I don't answer these, due to past history with an ex). They left a voicemail stating her name was Casey and to call her back at 9072587909. If she would have given me more info like who she was or with, I would have considered calling her back. Yeah that is never going to happen after reading everything on here. Her voicemail was very rude and that is just something I'm not able to deal with. Thanks everyone for the heads up!

Just got a call from this number and the girl called herself Casey. I didn't answer because it was blocked but she gave the number in her voicemail.

Got a call to my work phone.

Private call on caller ID, left message to call Kris back at 258-7909. When I called she asked who I was and would not tell me who she was. I told her to get bent and I hung up. I suggest You do the same.

I got a call from this Chris lady in January.  She said she had been hired to collect 11.95 (that's right! Less than twelve dollars!!!)  that I suposedly owed to some doctors office.  I told her then that I had already paid everything and had no debts with anyone.  Today, 3 months later, she calls me again and talks very rudely to me saying that she hadn't been notified by the doctors office of my payment.  I asked her for her # to call her back right after I contacted my doctor, which of course said that I didn't owe them anything, so I call her back and she says to me that I "must" provide proof that I paid this bill, that this was my responsibility.  Things got ugly from there.  To sum it up I told her that it wasn't my job to provide her with such information and that IF she ever needed to ask any more questions about this so call bill I "owe" that she needed to contact my doctors office and figure it out with them and that I was not going to tolerate any more phone calls.  She had the nerve to say that if she was to call all of her clients regarding every person that "says" that they have paid their bill that she would spend all of her hours on the phone talking to the clients.  That I will continue receiving phone calls from her until I decide to pay my bill.  And as I was telling her AGAIN that I didn't owe anything she hung up on me!

I also got a call from the mysterious Chris.  Very rude and couldn't find my name in her so called system.  She wanted to look me up by my phone number which I did not supply.

I recieved a mysterious call from Chris. When I returned the call Chris informed me she was from Doctors Collection Agency. She was calling regarding a 2005 medical bill.  She does not like it when you ask questions -almost hanging up on me. I tried to call the supervisor/owner Annie who was worse. My advice-get everything in writing. Do not agree to anything over the phone.

Yes, Mysterious Chris calls and researches work numbers also. she left an embarrising message on my man's (bosses) work line. yes it sucks to have your boss give u a message obviously from a collector.  Keep to yourself Collector.. Got a call from Chris asking to return call. Did not give details. I looked this number up first on this webpage and am appreciative of the "heads-up". I do not return calls to people I do not know, or a number I do not recognize unless I check it out first.

I got a call from this number from a woman named Chris (probably fake) attempting to collect and expired debt for Providence.  This women has most likely purchased debts and is attempting to make money as a private collector.  Don't admit to anything, nor consent to anything this woman wants. Know your rights.
