The person was so polite to speak with me .I told him my problem that I have 3 kids my husband is in  prison  and I don’t have any job .so he have find the job for me  and now I am happy with my job and he told me every thing of  this company  so I m paying him Avery month  500.$  .as he have done favor on me

a legal company ACS also known as Lanphiere associates I had visited this company it's located in California
and this is really not any kind of fake company . The day I had got a call from them
Regarding my debt I had simply rejected that thinking of fake
but after a week there were investigation officers who came down
to my employment office and also my mailing address I was fired from
my job I also had to pay a fine amount i.e $5894 in the court house of Virginia
never disregard this messages and whatever your debt is pay it and don't
suffer from any severe problems as I had to ................

I keep getting calls to my office and cell phone.  I have already reported this call.  I get the same messages that other people get.  They have my ssn and name and they filed a complaint against me.  That is all crazy. If you owe money you will get a collection letter. Victor, Ron and David stop calling my office and cell phone. I will keep reporting your numbers and blocking them as well.

Really?  You hired an attorney?  That is expensive, how are you paying it if you had a legitimate loan that you owed?  Come on.  I litigate for a living, it does not make financial sense for a company to take someone to court for such a small amount.  IT DOESN'T HAPPEN.  Small claims have to be filed in the city the debtor lives in.  So if the company chasing payment is in California, and the debtor is in NY, they have to file and go to court in NY.  And if they decide to go to a higher court, it takes even longer and more moneyt.  By the way, we capitalize our "I" in a sentence.  If you want to pass for American at least learn the language.

You cannot be arrested for a civil matter, and each state has a statute of limitations ranging from 4-8 years.  So after that, they can't even legally report to your credit report.  I know, I do this for a living: litigate these matters.  Please don't be fooled folks.  Call your local Congressman's office if you are truly confused about what to do.  The law is on your side, and so is common sense.  Do you know how much money these foreign people would have to spend to litigate?  They would have to go to the state you live in, file, hire a lawyer, pre-trial motions, delays.  Does it make financial sense when they say you owe $1000?

I have recieved numerous calls from this number claiming I owe them money from a payday loan. I have saved all the voicemails they have left on my phone. The caller has a thick Indian accent calling himself Jack Brown saying that if i don't immediately pay they will see me in court. Their calls are of a very threatening nature. I called the number back and the Indian gentleman who answered would not id the name of the company. He wanted my name, date of birth, and ssn. I refused. The man said the number was for a law firm. I don't know of any lawfirm that does not id themselves when they answer the phone. They act completely unprofessional. They think they can threaten people and no one will be smart enough to do the research and report their a***s. I looked up this number on line and found numerous complaints from these scammers. Collection agencies can not threaten to have the police come and get me. It is not against the law to owe a debt. My fiance is a bill collector. She said in no way shape or form can a collector make threats of any legal nature. What I want to know is how they have gotten my personal information. We are calling a lawyer in the morning. You can't treat an American this way.

This Jessica Bush keeps calling me a supposed law firm saying there is a lawsuit against me also a Andy Turner from the dept of finacial investigations is also calling my work 3 or 4 times a day how do I get these people to stop I know they are scam and they want to break ya to try and get money.
