Received a call from this number at 6:45 PM on this date.  Saw the number on my caller ID box.  But they were unable to connect when I picked up the phone due to my TELE-ZAPPER cutting them off.  This little device works great for cutting off autodialer mechanisms.  If you don't have one I highly recommend that you get one and use it!

I will be filing a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry as I have been receiving a lot of unsolicited spam/scam calls here of late.

My mother received a call from this number. Said they were associated with Medicare and wanted to get her a new meter.  By the time I got to the phone, Mom had already given her birthday and was getting ready to give her Medicare information.  I then got the phone as asked who the comany was.  The caller mumbled something that I could not understand.  I told them to send the request in writing.
Apparrently they want to know the following:
When was the last time she got a meter.
What is her middle initial.
Confirm her birthday and address and
What is here Medicare number.

I told Mom to not answer.  We'll have to keep check to make sure no billing is being done in her name that is not hers.

On July 29th at 11:14 my mom received a call from this number.  Female caller said she was associated with the National Diabetic Assoc.  My mother is a diabetic.  Same scenario as Barb commented (Above).  Wanted her Medicare card number (which is her SS number and my mother realized this AFTER giving the information requested).  They wanted her name, middle initial, DOB, and date showing on Medicare card.  Caller claimed that her new "Free" monitor and "Free" supplies would be delivered within 4-6 weeks.  My mom called me and told me that it dawned on her that her Medicare number is the same as her social security number, and that she just gave all this information to someone over the phone.  She is very worried.   I called the number she relayed to me per her caller ID and I received a recording stating "The mailbox belonging to 910-401-7576 is full and cannot accept new messages at this time. Please try again later".

I sincerely hope there is a monitor in route to my mom.  However, I feel this is a scam, and hope others will not fall for it!!!   Now we will need to keep close tabs on all my mom's accounts.  :(

Caller appeared to be a male black. Stated he was sending me a diabetes meter today. I knew the call was bogus from the start therefore I attempted to get some information out of him and he hung up. He is using a cell phone out of Fayetteville, NC. and the phone is registered out of Georgia to an unknown cell phone company.

This number called today and claimed to be from sort of national association connected with diabetes. It is a bogus, because they asked if "you are the person who has diabetes in the house?" Nobody has diabetes in our house, so I told them nobody has diabetes and then hung up. I could tell right away that it was a bogus call- there is no national organization connected to diabetes with this phone number. I'm not sure what their motive was, but they are certainly not being honest about who they are.

This number has called us repeatedly the last four days and will not leave a message. I have tried calling the number back but get the message "This subscriber has not set up a voice mail system.".  Who is calling, and how do I get it to stop?

Do not want phone calls from 910-401-7576.  If this is a solicitation for the Diabetes Foundation/Fund Raising I have requested two other times for them to stop calling.  I resent the interference.

I just got a call from this number. Do not give them your date of birth or Medicaid number. This is probably a scam trying to get your Social Security Number to get credit cards in your name. BE AWARE. When you use Intelius.com to reverse lookup the number it comes back to a cell phone out of Fayetteville, NC that has a full mailbox. They will not answer the phone. They pose as a member of the Diabetes Foundation offering you a lifetime supply of blood meters and test strips. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! They were unsolicited and can just be randomly dialing numbers asking if you are diabetic.
