Just got the same call, i called back and informed them of THIER fraudlent activity. i work in the financial industry and this sort of behavior is completely a scam... do yourself a favor and just do not call them back

I got a call from Lisa Scott as well telling me that I would be turned over to my local sheriff's department and someone would be coming to my job to serve me papers! I did set up a payment plan with her because she seemed legit but when the payment didn't go through she called and was very hostile on my voicemail! She told me she was an attorney

It's fraud. Any collection agency can't harass or threaten like they are. I would ignore them, or if you do answer tell them you will report them to the BBB and the FTC.

I got the same message but from my husbands phone from a lisa scott also few hours ago if you got the call too got to be a collection agency ..if you do call just know your not the only one ..I plan on giving them a what for when I call cause that's not right to make those accusations when I know im not a criminal I will be looking for a response from you if you do post

I just received an urgent voicemail from investigator Lisa Scott that I need to return the call re my fraudulent activity? If I don't make a statement the case will be turned over to local authorities.

As far as i know I have committed NO SORT of fraud and have no connections to Leavenworth KS. I don't see this number reported yet but did look it up and it is a Level 3 Non-Fixed VIOP phone number? I am afraid to even call it back.
