I've worked with John in the past. He has always struck me as well informed about the position, company and location that he is representing.

I know this John guy you are talking too.  He usually sounds rude/short/cold over the phone.  He's a recruiter.

caller ID shows CAREER PATH  he asked for our president but not by
name, he left a message saying he was an executive recruiter in KC John
Pheiffer.  If he had told me that, he would have gotten HR.

He's called 3 more times, the last time he just listened, you could hear him breathing but he didn't say anything, weird.
